MY WATCH IS A FAKE!! AVOID at all cost! I purchased a Versace watch from this company and proceeded to type the CLG code into the Versace verification website which told me it was a fake; I own a real and that comes up authentic but not the one I purchased from watchhome. I am devastated as I spent a lot of money

Placed order on 9th August.
By 13th August we still didn't have despatch confirmation so I emailed and sent WhatsApp message.
No reply to either until 15th August when I git notified that bracelet was going to be delivered that day.
And when it arrived it was clearly someone else's return - the liner from the lid of the box was stuffed into the base.
Unfortunately this is a gift for our daughter in NZ and as it arrived late we had no choice but to send it.
Would never use again

Packaged really poorly, box was completely smashed in, lucky the watch was still in tact

On closer inspection, the watch is faulty. There is a hole on one of the links near the face only on one side. So half of the link is falling off. Still awaiting a reply to what the next steps are.

Ordered a boss watch and waiting for my parcel for the last 2 days and the tracking number they gave me shows the royal mail hasn't received the parcel. The contact no dosen't work call is not going through. Messaged on WhatsApp yesterday they said would recevied the courier tomorrow,however there is no update on delivery and no further communication even thogh i have sent the messages.Can somone contact me from watch home? it was birtday gift and you are disappointing me

Of all my years of ordering online this is by far the worst experience,I will make sure I go any length to get my money back,ordered on 28th of March,if that is how others throw money away I will never be part of this day light robbery,no one should order from them,no connecting phone number,they take days to return emails ,they promised I would get the watch on Friday yet nothing,the delivery tracker says delayed since 4th of April ,I have come to conclusion that they are running a scam business and I will make sure I get back my money.
My money has just been refunded,I think they can do better with communication and delivery,thank you

I ordered Armani watch on 30march 2024,
They said they deliver with in 2 days but. Not delivered as promised on time and again they promised following next Wednesday delivery but again fail to deliver on the given time …

After ordering they didn’t responded for first 3 days so, I wrote a review than they replied for my emails and whatsapp and asked me to me remove the review …

I removed review on 1st April after that again they are not responding for calls whatsapp and email..

I request to those who willing to order at Watchhome please don’t do so..
They will play with your time and money …
