I ordered the watch of my choice at a fantastic discounted price and received it within 2 days of placing order.

I was consistently in touch with customer service through WhatsApp and the advisors were reassuring of dispatch and delivery times.

My watch was packaged with care and the overall quality of my Vivienne Westwood Wallace watch is 10/10 with authentication paperwork.

Don't answer emails, watch could be fake, the company was dissolved in Jan 2026. Do not trade with this company.

100% a scam! I purchased mine with American Express so got a very quick refund.

If zero stars was an option, I'd give that. I ordered 2 watches a month ago. Tracking said they were delivered today which they weren't. Company won't answer my emails. Dreadful slow replies to emails and I cant get my refund

I order two watches, I even paid for the watches to be delivered faster but never received the watches . A fake tracking number was generated but when tracking my purchase it was always in the same place. It has been a month and a half. Scam be aware .

TOTAL SCAM. Never received the two watches I ordered. Tracking number falsely states Delivered, but I never received the watches. Customer Service has not replied.

Fraud Alert! I ordered two watches at the end of October. I finally got a tracking number that didn't work with the link they provided. I sent a bunch of emails requesting assistance but never heard anything back. In December, after waiting over a month for the watch to be delivered, I used the tracking number they provided on a different tracking website. It listed my package has having been delivered on November 28. I never received anything and they still wont answer my emails.

A new company has taken over they have been in touch with me and sending me a new watch out after I purchased one last year for a birthday present and it was broken never had any reply’s from the old company and I would like to say a big thank you my dad will be pleased ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought watch Seiko special edition 370£ for my husband 50th birthday present and found out isn't in stoke anymore. I email 📧 customer service and explained my problem and they sort it out immediately. Refund my money back - I bought from other place and happy now.

Absolutely shocking would not use this company again.

I ordered a watch for my partners birthday beginning of August and it arrived faulty. The take days to reply to emails and they never answer the phone number supplied on their site. They said they would replace the watch but 3 weeks went buy without a replacement or a refund, I asked for a refund and they said because it been over a month since purchase I can’t have a refund however it’s hardly my fault? They said I hadn’t received a new one as they were waiting for it to come into stock. On the 16th october they said they were sending a new one that day, however I still haven’t received it! I sent an email on the 26th to say it’s not been received but I still haven’t had a reply. Absolutely terrible service. Out of pocket and no watch. Will never use this company again!!!!

The watch is beautiful and delivery was quick, however I would appreciate to receive an email confirming the date of delivery. I am really happy with my purchase.
