Disappointed
It's astonishing how difficult it is to do any business with this company, even as a current customer. There's no follow-up; a salesperson makes a counteroffer, and the next day, when you're about to finalise the deal, a larger discount appears (online). I ask the new salesperson to adjust the price, and they tell me they can't! Unbelievable. Or even worse, I agree to pay more, and then "the watch is no longer available." This market is completely rigged and manipulated. It's regrettable. It's a shame. (second time), I was checking the reviews, and they have very good ratings. I don’t understand. That’s a pity.
Less that forthright
had arranged to sell a Breitling after they started with a low offer and came back a month later with a reasonable one. Shipped it out only to be told they were returning it without explanation. When I asked why they said the serial number was not legible but the 3rd party that authenticated the watch when I bought it has a serial number that make sense. Why cant they be honest? I had expected more from them.
Sale: Rolex Submariner 116610LN
I bought my Rolex Submariner 116610LN over 10 years ago and never planned to sell it — I’m not someone who buys and flips watches. However when I needed funds for a house move, I was shocked at how much the values varied depending on where I looked — online buyers, eBay, and luxury high street shops all gave very different prices. After factoring in fees, commissions, and servicing costs, the actual amount I’d receive was all over the place.
That’s why I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and clear the 'Watchfinder & Co' process was (scarily simple). From getting an initial online valuation to dropping the watch off at their Birmingham Boutique, everything was quick and straightforward. I got a confirmed valuation next day after dropping it off, and just two days later, the money was in my account.
Watchfinder & Co.
Watchfinder & Co., accessible at watchfinder.ie, offers a good overall experience with excellent customer service and fast delivery. However, there are some inconsistencies in following specific customer requests, such as delivery preferences, and a few issues with the precision of certain watches. While many transactions are smooth, improvements in handling unique situations would enhance the buying process. A mixed experience earning them a solid 3-star review.
Excellent Customer Service

From first enquiry to the very fast delivery of my watch I found Watchfinder to be efficient and professional. The sales assistant Jay Tee Tomuang was most helpful and considerate. A good service and I recommend using them …
What a mess of a company!
I enquired about trading my watch in against another watch and I was told my watch was worth X amount. A week later I decided to go ahead with the trade in and I was told my watch was worth 1k less than what they advised a few days previous! You may not always get a reply to an email the same day, this is understandable, but what is frustrating is when the sales advisor completely ignores all the questions you asked and replies with a canned response.
Also beware if you are looking to buy a popular model of watch.
Have a look on their website at pricing for a specific model, for which they have numerous pieces available. If I take the blue Tudor Royal Date Day (not diamond dial) as an example, I can see the prices differ wildly, yet the watches are exactly the same. There is ZERO logic to their pricing.
Whoever is responsible for listing the watches on the website has ZERO knowledge of watches. There are so many errors in spec and model numbers, and most importantly, there's no mention of what condition the watch is in. They badly need to add a rating system for the condition.
Prospective Watchfinder customers, do yourself a favour, join a watch forum, talk to actual watch experts and buy/sell/trade for far, FAR better prices, from people who share the same love of watches as you. If you're not comfortable buying privately then use Chrono24, a far superior site.

Excellent watch and service
From first contact to delivery and follow up the service was excellent. The watch was exactly as expected and all questions about it were answered in full detail before I purchased. I’m delighted with the watch and service and would have no hesitation recommending Watchfinder, or using themselves myself.
Watcherfinder is not to be trusted
Ordered an expensive watch on 2nd June, still on 15th June no watch delivered. Lots of waffle about shipping and Brexit but no watch. Phone numbers from ireland, take from 5 -23 min to get answered if your lucky 016950708, and the call only gets answered 1 in 6, the rest it rings out. Terrible service, terrible after sales, terrible in every way. Do not trust this site
Very good indeed
Very good indeed. Great communication (Kevin Smith, London office) and the watch was delivered from Paris to Cork (Ireland) the following day. Highly recommend, for sure will be using in future.
