Great service and communication from Matt at watches of Mayfair. Flexible with appointments as I had to travel, price was very reasonable and communication was great throughout.

Communication with WofM was excellent and the staff were very polite. The purchase of a new watch could not have been smoother and at a very reasonable price.

Appreciate the clarity of what is on offer, the option for next day post or go into the shop when it is received (after about 3 weeks). The staff were all decent to deal with.
After a long search & trying various watches I purchased an Omega Moon Watch, sadly on receipt the quality wasn’t what it should be, some sharp edges on the case and bracelet so not the most comfortable to wear, although it does look great. I have now found online reviews reflecting this & speculation that Omega has more recently been outsourcing parts to the far east.
I notified WoM customer service but there was no response.

My experience with Watches of Mayfair has been absolutely flawless from start to finish. I found a very rare, New Old Stock Grand Seiko limited edition in their inventory and contacted them directly. The purchasing process was incredibly smooth, and the communication was excellent.

When the watch arrived in Spain, the timepiece itself was in perfect condition. However, I noticed it was missing the original special edition inner cushion and a small half-link for the bracelet. I reached out to their team (specifically Matt), and their response was simply world-class.

Without any hesitation or excuses, they contacted their suppliers, sourced the exact original missing parts, and shipped them internationally to me, fully covering the shipping and import/customs fees themselves.

Fortunately, the London store offers excellent customer service. The store manager was very helpful. I was able to discuss all the details in person before purchasing online. The watch was delivered to the store within a week, and I was able to collect it. I highly recommend Watches of Mayfair and their London store.
