Well, I guess I fell for it

Well, I guess I fell for it. Had it for five days now. It heats the room up okayish, but if there is a digital thermostat on it, I can't find it , nor the timer. I should've read the reviews first. Take my advice: don't waste your money. After reading peoples attempts at returning I think I'll accept the loss and chalk it up to a bad experience.

Scam product

Scam product. A heater made in China - how safe is that. Interesting that there’s a rating but no actual reviews. Bought mine for £50+ - it took weeks to come from China. They’re on sale on eBay for about £10.

Ordered two " miracle" fan heaters in…

Ordered two " miracle" fan heaters in haste without usual due diligence - repenting at leisure. Concur with other reviewers - an absolute scam with glowing reviews masquerading as impartial all over the internet like a rash. Same wording on every one - and come-hither tag lines like- is this real or a scam? Well its a scam - they did deliver the goods but that's where the integrity ends Have to hand it to them though- a clever if misleading campaign. Implication the heaters are made in Sweden giving that veneer of quality - I can find no evidence from packaging or internet searches as to this being true - no manufacturer details anywhere-though a couple of reviewers mention China which seems highly likely. One said instructions in their packaging says do not use outside mainland China - very worrying from a safety aspect? Cheap, plastic, not silent -annoying fan heater noise, uses far more electricity than claimed. And the rubbish emails I'm receiving about other rubbish products since they got my email is alarming - I'm always very careful about unsubscribing but I came unstuck this time. There seems to be an odd company orchestrating all this called Eco7 or something (selling for half the price on Amazon if you're really determined to buy )- can't work out who they are - their English Lang customer service number is in Barcelona - didn't ring it for fear of running up a scary phone bill. First time I've fallen for this sort thing. Other potential buyers please be more aware

It's a come on. A heater that uses electricity. A small one with no indication of the power it uses. Do not be fooled

This is almost certainly a scam

This I almost certainly a scam. The bottom line is, there is no such thing as cheap heat. Especially electric heat.

There are a few "critical reviews" from a few different websites, and they are fake reviews because they use the same words to describe it.

This may be a good heater, but they're lying when they tell you it's cheap.

Received a damaged heater and been ignored since

Received a damaged heater so emailed them via their website to explain. I did receive a response offering to ship a new heater, which I accepted. This was back in September. Since then, I have sent multiple emails to ask when/if my replacement would be sent and have received zero response. Terrible customer service so I would absolutely avoid this company.

Don't buy!

Small size, nice design, arrived after 2 weeks, has signs of use, maybe warm the room, but really noisy, which defeat the purpose of buying it anyway. Sent 2 emails requesting return, no reply after a week. Not recommend!

AVOID!

AVOID!

Purchased a Warmool heater after reading so-called ‘reviews’ online. I now strongly suspect these reviews are not genuine and actually all written by the people involved with this product.

The heater arrived eventually. It looked okay, but on closer inspection it was made of cheap plastic, although it did heat up quickly.

However, because of my concerns about the company, I decided to return the item (they pretend there is a no quibble return policy).

I submitted a return request and didn’t hear a thing. I emailed them, using the email they give for returns. The email bounced back as ‘not found’.

They don’t give an address, but by the language they use in their advertising, I suspect the company is based in Asia.

It appears the Warmool website is connected to another website called ecom7.

To rub salt in the wound, now they have my email I keep getting messages about other dodgy products.

In short, I did get my order, but it’s a pretty poor quality heater and their return promises are worthless.

No company address is given and their organisation is highly dodgy.

Avoid at all costs.
