Unlike the other reviews I haven’t a problem and am pleased with this heater. For such a small heater it warms my 15foot x 11foot room up quickly, actually within 15 mins. I’m not sure yet about the... See more

Effective
I would just turn on and use my heater to get dressed in front of on cold days and I find it so good, being small it can easily go on a shelf or cabinet etc. It does make a noise so that is false advertising to stay it is silent. I like that it just turns itself off of it is knocked over, this is a good safety extra. A bit sad to see many people say it didn’t work. Is this really true! That is not good.
I like that it is light and can be easily put away after winter.

We have a old house and a large living room to warm and the warmool gives heat straight away and gets my room warm in minutes. Great invention

Order no. TRD-E7-AU01202506007837
I ordered a heater online bestbuysguidewarmool Hong Kong on 26/06/2025 which it was advertised for A$137, I checked my bank account straight away and discovered they charged A$167. I was not happy with their dishonesty, so I tried to cancel the order 10 minutes after the purchase without success. I tried the following method:
. their cancellation system design won't give you the option to cancel your order
. I email them several times
. I telephone them ( phone number was not connected)
. When I received their order confirmation email, I reply and asked them to cancel the order, but they ignore it
. I asked them explain the overcharge amount - I received no reply
It's not a cheap to run as an electric…
It's not a cheap to run as an electric oil burning radiator, but if you want to heat a small room in minutes it is very good. I paid £55 for one and then realised they sell the same thing on Amazon for £13.99! It's now broken, I've had it two years and not used it that much, so not great quality, but I would buy another cheap one on Amazon for the speed that it heats the room.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. I threw it in the recycling after 2 weeks. Just a really bad fan heater!!
A complete waste of money
A complete waste of money, a thicker pair of socks would work better, avoid, give it to someone you hatte for Christmas
Cheap plastic mass produced rubbish
Cheap plastic mass produced rubbish. Warmool sucked me in at £59. The same heater under different brand name on Amazon is £24. Don’t waste your money

I ordered goods never came Tried e mail phone ect no reply to anything
Watch out for Warmool
I researched Warmool, unfortunately after I read the reviews. I tried to cancel my payment within 20 minutes, but discovered that the company left no trail after the money left my account. The money went to Best Buyers Guide. What a mess.
Great little heater
Great little heater! Warms our larger sized living room to a comfort level. Quiet fan and quickly sends out heat. Can't understand all the negatives, but some people are hard to please I guess (except those who have had electrical problems with theirs of course).
If I could give this a minus review I…
If I could give this a minus review I would. Shocking product and customer service. I purchased this item just over a year ago and have probably used it 6 times and it was pretty average at heating. On Monday the plug started to melt and half the plug was stuck in my power point with melted plastic. I had to get my power point changed and was lucky I didn't have any serious issues with fire or get electrocuted. After contacting customer service I was told I was outside the 14 day policy and all they could do was send me a new heater. Hell no would I risk my life with this product again. DO NOT BUY!
First time underwhelming
First time underwhelming. 2nd time , a couple of months later doesn't work unless you keep your finger on button, forever. Rubbish, total waste of money.
Bad heater
From day one this small heater did not produce much heat. I only used it a few times over winter. Plugged it in this winter and it no longer works. I find the Vornado heaters much better. Requested a refund but after reading the reviews, I'm sure I wont get it.

Cute looking but has not worked from day 1, waste of money, don't buy.
Effective little heater
I have yet to see my electricity bill - but I have found this little heater to be very effective.
It heats up rooms very quickly.
I bought it to specifically heat up my tiny bathroom on cold mornings - but I have found it far more efficient to heat smallish rooms than my split system air conditioning unit.
I bought it for it’s hype during one of Victoria’s many, many lockdowns re: COVID - like many others - I became an avid consumer of just about anything to have something to do!
Until a week ago - the heater sat unused in a corner of one of my rooms - and then I discovered how great it is with heating up rooms quickly. I don’t leave it on for long - I find I don’t need to - but I am also aware it could ramp up my electricity bill.
I would never leave it on if I went out for example - I am not sure I would trust it although I have no reason to feel it would catch fire - my not leaving it on would be entirely due to the cost factor of running it.
It has a noise factor close to my spilt level system.
The unit’s -(for me anyway) - downside factors are it’s short cord and that it does not have a timer.
As I don’t know as to how my next electricity bill will be impacted by the heater - I can’t comment on how expensive it is to run.
Having read all of the negative reviews on this site - I must admit I am pretty taken aback by how negative they all are. I did get conned by the advertising hype - it obviously isn’t this wildly innovative little heater
For my money, however - it is yes - more expensive than a little fan heater you could buy from KMART or TARGET - but I DON’T feel it is a waste of money.
Very expensive BRICK
Very expensive BRICK. ran for 5 minutes and was clearly using lots of power, then it died. Warmool refuse to do anything about it and basically say "oh well, buy another one"
it is NOT the "perpetual motion heating"that they claim. Just a basic heater.
Unit didn't even work upon receiving…
Unit didn't even work upon receiving it. Trying to organise return is a head mess. Really peeved.
