Noisey

Noisey, No thermostat and slightly does the same as any fan heater but just more expensive. Brilliant advertising though. ,5 stars.

Avoid buying one

Oh how I wished that I had read these reviews before purchasing one. I went with so called tech reviews placing it top!! I agree with all of the 1 star comments and for what you get it is definitely well overpriced without a thermostat as advertised.

I bought three

I bought three then read the poor reviews but decided as I had bought them try them.
I was going on holiday Airbnb to Chester and on the way picked up my three heaters and took them with me. BEST move ever. The home was very cold and I put the little heaters on and the three have been fantastic keeping the house warm. We have left them on and the temperature is quick and even .
The heaters are simple light small and have a slight blow sound not a weir or buzzing noise.
Personally I love the little air warmers.
If they save money on heating costs I do not know but I will work that out in a month or so. I can't see it costing more and my other old warm heater is twice the size and quite noisy.
Overall my husband and I are glad we bought them.

Avoid this heater

Heater packed up after one season. Nothing you couldn't buy off Temu for a fraction of the price. Customer service don't want to listen about it being under warranty. A very expensive mistake buying this rubbish.

Warmool is a ridiculously small plastic thing that pretends to be a powerful radiator. Cheap workmanship, uselessly short cable - and the whole thing doesn't work. Nothing happens when I switch it on. And that for CHF 69. This is a scam.

Very good service but average heater

I expected a timer function as mentioned in the advertising copy, some pictures have three buttons on the top. No timer buttons. Applied for return. Very prompt reply from EcomGroup Team offering - 1. £10 sent back to my bank account. 2.They could send another one. 3. Send return instructions. I opted for return. Then received a message that all money would be refunded and I could keep it. Very good service but average heater.

SCAM Heaters from AliExpress.com

SCAM the same as many other sites run by the same people like

Smart-eco.co
try.evoheat.co

They use multiple websites to sell imported Chinese crap heaters that do not work.

All the heaters are imported from China via ALIEXPRESS.COM for £9. They are marked up to £150 each then pressure selling techniques like a 50% off or limited stock and fake sales to create the illusion of scarcity.

These heaters are fire risks, they are cheap Chinese crap

Only just got my heater

Only just got my heater. Took a while to come but looks OK, tied it for 10 minute and works fine. My only concern so far is that there is no thermostat or control to set the temperature, even though Warmly say there is? Can anyone trow any light on this issue please?

Poor heaters,excellent customer service

I ordered two of these devices before having read the trust pilot reviews,Well i was disappointed by the products, and even more so when i realised i could have purchased two from amazon for about forty pounds top, unlike the 99 pounds i spent. There are videos out there about these devices that say they have thermostat control and digital display..of course that is not true...so i used that fact in my complaint to the company that sends them.In all fairness they were sent fast and well packaged.Incredibly enough the company offered me 3 choices,...A ...Ten pounds off..B Return the items at cost and they will send two more out...C Return at cost and a full refund.I went for option C,and even more incredibly enough they messaged me back to say that they would fully refund and i could keep the two heaters !! Frankly i could not believe it,but happy to report that indeed i have received a full refund for 99 pounds,Cannot fault these people for customer satisfaction..i would give them 5 stars...despite what other reviewers have said of their experience trying to claim money back. The heater themselves..well they look nice, but are just standard, average fan heaters...not the wonder miracle heaters that they are portrayed as on the warmool website, which is where i purchased them from.

Warm main room first thing in the morning

Purchased this in order to warm a 11mx5m room first thing in the morning whilst I get the log burner cranked up. It does warm the room pretty quickly and in that respect I am happy with it. I like the compact and neat shape. On the negative side it has no timer and no thermostat control, the lack of timer is a particular flaw. On balance it does most of what it says on the box but I think it is overpriced in comparison with other readily available products. Please do your research before buying. Alas I didn’t do enough. 6/10 for heat generation but 3/10 for value for money.

I've seen the negative comments and…

I've seen the negative comments and sorry for what happened with your product. I would like to give my experience to those who were scammed. I looked on Google for Warmool and clicked the link with "sponsored" above it. I started getting messages that Google automatically sent to spam. So I thought again and came off that website and looked further down the list until I came to Warmool (without sponsored above it.) I ordered one and 11 days later, I got my Warmool and it works as it should. It is quite powerful and I'm pleased with it. Again sorry for those people.

Questionable advertising?

My experience is with the actual advertising. Why? Well I was considering purchasing this with after watching the video that appeared on YouTube explains how this was developed by technicians is Scandinavia for the harsh winters there. Then just by chance I see another video with exactly the same looking product but this time called Smart-Eco. Even the box it comes is looked the same apart from the different name, however this advert seemed to show the developers of the product appeared to be heating engineers in the UK, certainly not the same as those on the Warmool advert. Then looking at other reviews on here confirmed my suspicions. I'd love to know the true version.

Scammed!

Scammed!! What a complete waste of money. DON'T BUY unless you're happy to throw your money down the drain. Just a fan heater. Noisy and inefficient. Worked once then stopped. I didn't bother to check the fuse as, if it had blown, what was wrong with the heater to make it blow. Adverts purporting to be reviews are fake. DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT. TYPICAL CHINESE RUBBISH.
