I am a fan of the franchise and have been collecting books and figures for over 20 years.
Due to human error i've been erroneously blocked from making online purchases which has been confirmed by the Warhammer customer service team.
My original complaint was made almost 2 months ago and I've still not been unblocked from making online purchases.
The customer services told me they have raised the issue with their technical team about a month ago.
It shouldn't take this long to rectify an error.
Please resolve this issue and I will amend my TP score.

You make Drukhar1 suck. I've spent 1 grand maybe even more on models and paint just to have zero diversity in models. Please stop satuarating space marines in every way possible and please just add anything to drukhar1 that would be awesome. I would love to spend my money.

The time I bought a Seraptek
Now I'm not gonna lie. I already love this thing, and I've only built it so far. However, since it's resin I had to use super glue. Which left the poseable leg in a position where it snapped off under its own weight. That is the joint from the model. The model itself was undamaged but my lord was it difficult to fix. But that's with the resin model. And overall an issue with the model itself. It got here within a week which was amazing. And no parts were missing at all. Now if only they'd update the rules, huh? I'll be priming and painting it soon to take it to my local Warhammer store for Tanksgiving. Which is gonna be an all out battle royal! Hopefully my Seraptek doesn't get hard focused and die immediately.

Can do much better
I recently started 40k in the last couple of years. The products are good quality. However, this company makes it very difficult to even want to do business with them: False scarcity; new releases selling out too rapidly; the prices; those same new releases all over ebay for even more ridiculous prices than GW wants; this leads me to presume they allow ‘customers’ to purchase silly amounts at checkout.
They have a beloved IP and tabletop game there really isn’t any need to be mercenary to make profit.
I wasn’t keen on GW in the 80s, sadly I’m still not.
A pity really. Fun novels, fun tabletop game.

New paints, Helpful Team member
I came to the store to check out the new tone pro paints. The team member working that day was extremely helpful and knowledgeable concerning paints and painting styles. She allowed me to test the paints on a demo model. She was attentive and provided excellent suggestions for paint usage. The quality of the paints coupled with the customer service interaction convinced me to preorder several paints through the store. 10/10 would recommend the Warhammer Daphne store and the tone pro paints.
