One month ago, I ordered products totalling about 69€ from Wapy. I heard nothing from them since the order. No-one at Wapy responded to my emails, they came back in stead.
My recommendation? Avoid Wapy at all costs, they are a fraudulent company.

Avoid, avoid, avoid
A few months ago, I ordered products totalling about £100 from Wapy. I heard nothing for ages. Then I got a notification from Royal Mail that in order to 'release' a package they had received, I would have to pay £45 in customs charges. Not only was I not going to pay those charges which were additional costs I hadn't been made aware of, I wasn't even confident that my products were in the sent package. No-one at Wapy responded to my emails. In the end, I successfully applied for a refund via Visa, as fortunately I had used my credit card for the purchase. I am guessing that Royal Mail eventually sent the package back to Wapy.
My recommendation? Avoid Wapy at all costs, they are a fraudulent company.

Stay away!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Terrible shop....they are fraudsters. Sent the incorrect product, doesn't answer emails despite of them being read (read receipt received).....and just ignore my requests for a replacement or refund. Sell by date were scratched off the bottles and boxes!!!! Stay away!!!!!
