When the product arrives everything is perfect

At the beginning, I had some doubts because there was an issue with the website during my order, and some of my messages were replied to only after about a week. The delivery also took around 20 days.
That said, the product did arrive in the end, and I appreciate that.

Extremely disappointed with this site! I bought an Erayba detox shampoo a few months ago, and when I recently opened it, I found it completely diluted, as if it had been mixed with water. I immediately contacted customer service with a video as proof, requesting a refund, but received no response. Nonexistent service, defective product… A complete scam! Stay away!

My package was not delivered and I even had to pay customs taxes for a package I never received. Customer service wrote to me that they would deliver to them and that was the end of it for them. I asked for a replacement delivery and this was ignored. I had to pay for the shampoo in advance and the money is now gone because my package was stolen.

After spending more than 200 euros and more than 2 months of waiting I never got the products I paid for or a refund. There is no signing at delivery of the package so nothing can be guaranteed or proven. Your word against them, and the delivery company. Such a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

Company is a fraud do NOT buy. I did not receive my order.

Attention everyone!! This site is a scam!! They took my money and never delivered the products! I will make also a police complaint about this! Please don't fall in these scammers trap!

They postponed my shampoo purchase and haven't received a refund yet. I placed the order on 2.07 and today is 11.07. I requested a cancellation on 8.07 but the money hasn't been refunded to my account. This is the first time this has happened to me online!

The delivery says it is done in 24/48 hours and came after 10 days. Unacceptable. Also, the bottle from the mask was half open. I would like more attention to packing and honest day delivery not lies!

I placed my order on December 11th, 2023...
Till now I haven't got it, as well as a refund.
Currier company informed me that they returned my order to the shop because of a mistake in the shipping instructions.
So, in case shop received my order back, they must arrange a refund to me, but nothing happened like this!
They don't reply my messages on their site.

This store is a scam! You order, pay and you don't get the goods. The items are not in stock and you are put off waiting without being given a date. I canceled the order after waiting forever and asked for my money back. I paid €97.71 and got €97.00 back. So the company is making a profit in two ways. Hands off! Do not order here! Fraud!

really bad business, they take people's money but don't send the goods. They ask via email if they can see proof of payment, but then they no longer respond when they receive the proof. Stay far away from this online shop!!!!!

I placed an order, they sent half the items, the others said they were not available. But they still haven't given me my money back. I think this is a fraudulent scheme they are working on. Because there is no response from them or PayPal for a month now. Complete scam!!!!

On this moment still waiting for my products, haven’t received any information accept an email of correos with a code to check the status of delivery but get the message there’s no information. Please contact me and let me know when I can expect my order.
