I've been a fan since their first kickstarter campaign, the OG PRVKE, and I've also backed a few more campaigns along the way, bought many things along the way. The products are all very innovative, functional and aesthetic. I recently had a warranty claim and it was easy to sort out and I'm happy with the outcome. This further enforces my loyalty and my love for the brand. The company just gets it. Speaking of loyalty, maybe it's time to look at loyalty points(just a suggestion!) If anyone look for a bag that suits their need, i will always recommend them. PS: Please open a regional office in APAC.

Great gear and a fantastic warranty service if anything would as unlikely as it is be broken.

I have several bags from WANDRD and they are all great. The one time I have experienced a minor defect the warranty program kicked in and fixed it all.

I'm a Wandrd gears fan since 2018, multiple project backer of their new launching bag. I was always satisfaying with the quality, features of their bags.
And when your product have an defect issue, their warranty lifetime cover is REAL ! My OG D1 Fanny Pack start to have broken zipper after 4 years use, so i'm filled out the form with photo and explanation. In the same day the team reply and found me a solution to replace it for FREE and for the wen version of the D1 ! Exceptionnal ! Never seen this on the market ! Chapeau WANDRD you deserve it !

Bought one of their products from a retailer, unfortuantely the product was defective. I contacted WANDRD for a replacement claim, and they replied promptly. Unfortunately that item has been discontinued from their website, so they gave me equivalent value for a new/different item from their website. Very much satisfied with their response. Great customer service and prompt response!

I purchased my PRVKE backpack 6 years ago. I traveled around the world with my photography gear that entire time without an issue. Great quality! But what blew me away is that I just now got a malfunction with my zipper and they're sending me a brand new backpack. For free! Filing the claim was extremely fast and easy. I'm now a lifelong customer.

Bought a PRVKE 31L in March 2020, I've used the backpack daily and I've travel a lot with it. I've carried all kind of equipment and in my opinion it's a great bag. With time and extensive use, one important area of the back was coming unstitched. I've contacted the custom service and asked for a replacement because it's lifetime warranty. They've agreed to replace it at only the cost of shipment. I think this is a serious company that delivers what they promise so all my respects and thanks for improving and building a trusty relationship with your customers!

I’ve been a fan of WANDRD since 2018 when I bought my first 21L PRVKE bag. It’s truly one of the most versatile and coolest bags available. After 6 years I had some deterioration in the weatherproofing and back panel and when I reached out about repair I got a replacement bag! Happy to be supporting a small company that cares about their customers and their products.

I bought a backpack from Wandrd five years ago after trying many other brands. I travel a lot for work in many types of location and I needed a perfect bag that could carry my iPad, camera, rain gear, essential papers etc… waterproof, rugged, but I also wanted style.
I can’t say enough about their product. My bag has lasted with all this use for 5 years, and there’s very little I would change or add to it.
But it gets better. They have a lifetime warranty, and they stand by it! My main compartment zipper failed recently and there was no way to get it back together. It has been very strong and I often pack the bag to the gills. But Wandrd honored their lifetime warranty for defects and sent me a brand new one!
I’m very faithful to companies that treat their customer this way. This is why I’m leaving this review and this is why my next bag(s) will be the same brand.

Well thought and designed bags built for durability. Am using the new transit line bag and is double functions as a baby bag with its mutilple compartments. Have already about 6 bags from wandrd. :)

I bought DUO daypack since Dec 2019. We've had this bag for about six years now. We love it, use it every day, until one day the external fabric wears out. After submitting a claim, I received an email response within an hour. We received a warranty claim. But unfortunately this bag has been discontinued. So I got a discount code to use to buy a new bag instead. Awesome WANDRD

I bought a set of accessory straps to go with my Wandryd PRVKE Lite bag. A couple of months later one of the clips broke. I was hoping they'd replace the piece that broke, but 15 minutes after I submitted the warranty claim they sent me a code to order a new set for free. That's great customer service.

I do hope the next clip won't break so quickly or easily though... nothing traumatic happened to the bag to cause it, so it could be a design flaw. I guess we'll see how the new one fares.

I've owned a HEXAD Carryall Duffel 40L Black for 7 years now. Recently, I encountered an issue with one of the zippers, which affected the bag's waterproofing. After contacting customer service, they sent me a new bag. Seven years later, I couldn't have asked for a better resolution. This bag has been my travel companion around the world; it's practical, lightweight, waterproof, and versatile. Plus, it's the size of a carry-on, so I've never had to pay extra fees during my flights. It was already the best investment I had made up to that point. With the after-sales service, I can confirm that this is the best purchase I've ever made in my life.

Ordered a PRVKE 21 in May 2019 and the front zipper failed in May 2024. I don't have access to the student email I think I used to sign up for a wandrd account years ago, so I didn't have an order number to fill out the warranty claim. I emailed them asking how much it would cost for a replacement zipper since I didn't have the code - and they cross-referenced with an old address and found my order. They then sent me a promo code to get the new and improved current version of the pack for free. I'm staggered. I'll never get a pack from another brand now <3

I bought the backpack about 6 months ago. The chest strap attachment broke on a hike a couple days ago. Got in touch with support. They responded in less than half a day, guided me in making a warranty claim and fast-tracked it. I received a response in less than 12 hours again, where they gave me a replacement backpack completely for free. No hassle, no need to go over everything five times and fight tooth and nail. My backpack was also an older model, so they replaced it with a newer one.

As someone who's had A LOT of experience with customer service, this stood out to me as among the best experiences over the years.

The backpack itself is also pretty great. The materials have so far been durable, it's by far the most versatile bag I have, and apart from the chest strap issue, which literally popped up over the weekend, I've had zero complaints, really.

Extremely happy with my PRVKE 31L Wasatch green that I have had since 2019. Been using it both for work and in my privat life all the time. It is especially handy when travelling. I can manage easily for a 3-4 day trip abroad with the PRVKE 31L. I was so happy with the bag that I chose to order the PRVKE 41L for longer trips and I've been super satisfied. I also bought some WANDRD tech bags for cables, chargers, powerbanks and other gear. Recently and I got extremely fast, good and kind customer service from WANDRD. Thank you so much fot the awsome stuff you make! You guys rock!

I've owned the Original PRVKE for 5+ years, and it's an absolute workhorse for work and vacation trips. I've taken multiple 7+ day trips with just this pack, including a 2-week trip around Vietnam. Recently, the seaming started to split near a shoulder strap, and I had the most positive experience filing a warranty claim. Aside from that seam, this bag is still in near-perfect condition after 5+years.

WANDRD responded with a super positive solution within 12 hours of the claim being filed. Looking forward to supporting and repping this brand more in the future.
