Great customer service!

My recent experience with WANDRD was really delightful, after some trouble with a shipment that got stuck at DPD The Netherlands. They kept me informed, pointed me in the right direction to get my case resolved, and even refunded me the moment DPD decided to give up on my delivery. I decided to order again straight away, fingers crossed for a smoother delivery.

I got the PRVKE V3 bag June 2023 and the bag has not let me down a single time. It is solidly built and I would trust it to last anywhere in the world!

Now ordered the ROGUE 4L sling

I have now bought two bags from WANDRD and can say that they have exceeded my expectations. They are solidly built, and WANDRD took absolutely everything into account as far as comfort and convenience. Everything works well and is laid out well and conveniently. I’ve used my sling bag for weeks-long trips and day trips and have been very impressed by the quality. Customer service is also stellar, which is very helpful. I honestly don’t think there’s a better product out there for carrying photo gear for long adventures or just for a day around town or in the field. Did I mention their lifetime warranty? Yeah-that’s how good their products are.

I have been using the PRVKE camera bag from WANDRD and it has been fantastic! I especially love the Sedona Orange color and great organizational capabilities. I only have a few small issues with this bag: does not include enough velcro dividers; don't care for the roll top, with is was built without this; the bag gets hot to wear despite their air channels. Despite these issues, I would recommend this bag. Looking forward to seeing what WANDRD comes out with in the future.
On a side note, I was hoping to purchase a couple more dividers to get my bag set up properly and it seems they are sold out until further notice. Keeping my fingers crossed they get stock in soon.

Left reviews (3 stars) twice on Wandrd official website but never got published. Doing some research suggests that the review platform "Okendo" that Wandrd use, allow retailer to choose what reviews to be published. So it is highly likely that my reviews have been rejected.

To get the feedback/message across for the benefits of other potential customers I have no choice but leave the review here, the low rating reflects the fact that two of my original reviews (with photos evidence too) have not been "chosen" to be published.

I bought the mystery box deal in April 2026, which is no longer available now in May 2026. In fact I was asked by Wandrd to leave a review for my purchase, but unfortunately it never got published.

I purchased the mystery box in first place because I was led to believe, by the advertising photo of the essential cube that it is sufficiently large to house my kits. In the mystery box, the 21L Prvke is paired with the essential cube so I thought even if I got given the 21L it would still be great, and ofcourse if I got a 31L that'd be even better (seeing 90% of the reviews of the mystery box got the 31L so that also got my hope high!).

I noticed from the dispatched email that I was given the 21L, so not much of a surprise by that time, but I am still looking forward to receiving the Prvke 21L very much.

Upon unboxing the parcel, I started to put my kits in it, but straightaway I noticed the essential cube is way too small. I have a Nikon D750 and when I put it together with the 24-120mm kit lens (dimensions: 84mm x 104mm) inside, almost 70% of the space is occupied. There isn't much space left to fit any other lens, unlike what the advertising photo suggest. I took out the lens hood and still doesn't help much. And when I put the dividers in, there is hardly any space left for other kits...

So I started to review the advertising photos and did some research. It looks like that in the photo, the camera was a Sony A7C II paired with the Sony 70-200mm f2.8 GM OSS II (dimensions: 88mm x 200mm). The Sony lens alone would been longer than my D750 plus the kit lens, so the maths just doesn't add up, as the advertising photo suggests that even after fitting in the Sony camera and lens, there are still quite a lot of spaces to house other lens, batteries, pouch etc. I then also compared the advertising photo where the essential cube is empty vs the one filled with kits. In the photo where the cube is empty, you can see the dividers are a bit squashed, whereas when it is filled with kits, the dividers are less squashed, so that doesn't make sense again. As such, I believe that advertising photo where the cube was filled with kits is actually the "essential plus" as opposed to the "essential" version. And that's where I was misled by the photo where I thought the essential cube would be spacious enough for my kits, which in fact, it wasn't unfortunately.

Finally, the advertising photo below "specification" of the camera cube page was the same regardless of whether you select the essential, essential plus or essential deep, which again is a bit misleading unless customers pay a lot of attention to it.

In fact, I noticed that some other customers have left similar review that the size of the cube is much smaller than the advertising photos suggest.

I still like the bag, I like the design, and that it is not manufactured in country which I try to avoid. However, it does not fit my purpose, unlike what the advertising photo suggests.

But make sure you know what size you need to get, don't let the advertising photos misled you.

The seam on my bag failed. To be honest, I was very frustrated with the response to the failure at first, as I was asked to go find a repair shop, but I live in a rural area with nothing like that around. I expressed this frustration and they provided me with voucher to purchase a new bag. This was a welcome solution given I didn't have many options to have the bag repaired locally. I appreciated their help and quick resolution to this issue.

I would give 100 stars if allowed. WANDRD really stands by their products… no lie. I have had this camera bag for 7 years. The strap broke , I reached out and they responded within an hour that my WANDRD backpack which I love and can’t live without is going to be replaced. 100%. Exceptional quality and customer service. I would buy anything this company sells.

The PRVKE 31L v4 is the perfect bag for traveling with a camera. I’ve loaded it with lots of gear (and a little personal stuff), as well as a little gear (and a lot of personal stuff), and it gets the job done every time. It’s comfortable all day long, and all the little features come together perfectly.

I love my PRVKE 21!!! And have had plenty of compliments on it too--- throw in that WANDRD gives vets a very large discount, and what could be better?? I'll tell you what-- their customer service. Had a problem with my bag on an internal pocket. Reached out to them a day earlier to start the process of determining what if anything they'd cover. Despite their clearly stating it would take multiple days to review it- today!!!!! I had an email from them, with a code, to completely replace my backpack. You literally can't ask for better customer service, or for a company to stand behind their product more than Wandrd. This is my second Wandrd purchase, and I bought this backpack only because i loved the Rogue sling I bought about a year ago, just wanted something bigger.

Customer support is amazing. Next day response and was able to help out replacing my product under the lifetime warranty

Best swim bag ever! I've had it for over a year now and it is quality. I use the CarryAll 40L with some of the accessory straps to have my kickboard and fins. You could shove your board and all your swim gear into the bag because it is huge but I like to have it on the outside. Got the accessory straps in different colors to personalize my bag. Love the products, quality construction and sweet colors. Is this bag meant for travel? Yes, but it is a killer swim bag!

The bags are amazing. I have a few fanny packs the 40L duffle. Both have held up well in snow and rain while i’ve gone snowboarding and traveling. The quality and style is unbeatable. Plus, it’s all comfortable. The customer service has been helpful, professional, and personable if ive ever had any questions. I would recommend any wandrd merchandise to anyone.

This backpack has proven to be the most exceptional I have ever possessed. It successfully endured my deployment on a navy vessel, offering ample storage for all essentials required for a three-day excursion. When worn, it maintains the appearance of a standard backpack. I am thoroughly impressed with this product. Thank you, Wandrd.

Bought a prvke for daily use and used it for about 2 weeks carrying a laptop and edc carries (barely filling the bag. After 2 weeks the Velcro started to rip off the roll top so I hit up support hoping they’d be helpful. They told me to fix it myself. Ever since I refuse to buy from this company. Worst quality bag and customer support I’ve ever experienced. Their warranty should cover their manufacturing defects no matter how small. Now I only buy from legit craftsman and designers such as nomatic, peak design, evergreen, and clever supply co to name a few of the best.

Edit: it’s not one single stitch as wandrd has replied here suggesting to devalue my honest review of their quality and service. Don’t buy from them.

Edit 2: still being gaslit by this company telling me what issues I am having with the bag I bought from them. It’s unreal. Here to leave an honest review yet they want to twist the plot. Buy nomatic, buy peak design, buy evergreen, buy clever supply, buy wotancraft!

I’ve been using WANDRD products since 2019 and over the years I’ve collected several of them — currently four backpacks and bags. I’ve always been a huge fan of the design, build quality, and how practical they are for travel and photography. They’ve been with me on many trips and have held up incredibly well.

Recently I had an issue with the zipper on my PRVKE backpack that I originally purchased back in 2019 and have used extensively ever since. The waterproof coating around the zipper started deteriorating and it affected how smoothly it closed.

I contacted WANDRD support and submitted a warranty claim. Honestly, I didn’t expect much since the bag has been used a lot over the years — but to my surprise the issue was fully covered under their lifetime warranty and they sent me a brand new replacement backpack.

The whole process was incredibly fast and easy, and I’m genuinely grateful for how smoothly everything was handled.

The products themselves are fantastic and clearly built to last, but it’s even better to know that the company truly stands behind them if something does happen.

Five stars for both the products and the customer support. I’ll definitely continue using and recommending WANDRD gear.

Wandrd's lifetime warranty support is absolutely exceptional and I couldn't recommend them more highly. I thoroughly enjoyed my PRVKE backpack for seven years, until some external and internal seams came apart, and the bag was no longer usable. The support team provided me with a brand new replacement backpack. Fantastic!

First of all, if you buy a Wandrd product, you are asked for an opinion. With a system run by Okenda; if it's positive, it's published on the site; if it's negative, as in my case, it's simply ignored. This is not fair to potential customers and may in fact constitute an example of misleading advertising. This is the reason why only positive comments are found.
Wandrd sells products that are now obsolete and no longer accepted by professional sellers with a system “mistery pack” in which he promises discounts of 50%, leaving the doubt to the potential buyer of which product he will then find a nice acquired package. Since Wandrd knows the overall quantitative composition of the packages and the buyer does not, the latter is severely disadvantaged and the promised discounts are not effective. In conclusion, you end up paying for an item much more than it is worth.
Finally, if you want to return a wrong purchase, as required by EU legislation on web shopping, you must cover the return costs, which makes returning it impossible or inconvenient.

Your answer deserves some clarification.
First of all, you had two reviews because one concerns the purchase of a Mystery pack and the other the review system adopted by Wandrd which publishes only the positive ones.
Regarding reviews, there are many comments on when that say okenda only publishes positive reviews; for this reason, it is used by companies that fear negative ones. A company cannot legally publish only positive reviews and hide negative ones, as it is considered an unfair and deceptive business practice, prohibited by transparency and competition regulations; it is obliged to show a complete and authentic picture, The fact that you give a discount to those who give reviews is an additional aggravating factor.
About the Mystery pack , you proposed a unrealistic and unaffordable only after the following communication that I send you on the matter: ""The Mystery Pack is intentionally sold at a significant discount" .... in the pack I recevied there is not a significant discount. Very easy to prove.
The package does not correspond to your notice (included at the bottom) because it could never have a value of 136 euros. I remain of the opinion that your advertising notice is "misleading advertising." Only if it is demonstrable that at least 2/3 of the sales in this category are Rogue 6 and 9 L have different colors, could the opposite perhaps be argued. Otherwise it would be certified that this is a so-called lemon sale. I remind you that your own advertising claims that the new product Rouge V2 4 L is significantly better quality and has a price on your site of 129 euros, with a wide choice of colors.
I remain of my opinion that Wandrd should proceed with a refund upon return.
In any case the German justice system, which essentially overlaps with the corresponding European Union legislation, has declared that mystery boxes fall under the same right of return as any other online purchase. If you are looking for a specific ruling on this issue of the Italian and/or European justice system, this is certainly a useful opportunity to obtain it for the Wandrd Mystery pack".
This is a matter of principle for me, certainly not the expenditure of EUR 78. This communication alone, in terms of time and professionalism employed, costs me much more. Perhaps it's time for you to prove the authenticity of the statement "as a customer, you're part of the WANDRD family" and the corporate reputation associated with it."
I remain of my opinion that the review system published on the Wandrd website, the sale of Mystery packs and the payment required from customers for returns of purchased items are "unfair" to consumers.
About your advice,

I bought the prvke 31l in 2019. The bag is superb, perfect fit as EDC but as well as weekend/long-weekend travel, good for small camera sets or big camera sets, i normally travel with dlsr + extra lense + drone. After extensive use i had a problem with a zipper and one of the straps. I just requested the execution of Life Time warranty ( 6 years after ) and they just sent me a new bag.
Great product & a brand that executes on his word, this is unique, 100% recommend.

WANDRD is a great honest company who makes quality products. I have been a customer for almost a decade and I will continue to be one.
