Great customer service. I ordered 2 sling bags, but received one. They made it right and the bag itself is high quality. The reason why I love their sling bags so much it is because of the laptop storage feature. No longer do I need to find out the inner dimensions of the bag to put my laptop in. With these sling bags, you store your laptop outside of the main bag where there is a large external pocket!
Outstanding Customer Service
I recently had to make a claim on a damaged product purchased from WANDRD. The customer service during this process was outstanding. The team kept me up to date at each stage, were highly professional and honoured their warranty.
Their genuine interest in their customers was reflected in the way the team handled this matter.

Bad quality and design

I bought a Prvke EDC, design of this bag is quite disappointing. You have to undo the magnetic handle to open it, which is very inconvenient. The roll-top uses Velcro that easily catches on scarves or coats in winter and will likely wear out over time — magnets would have been a much better choice. The front pocket is poorly made, with just a single stitched line as a divider, which was already coming apart when the bag arrived. For the price, I expected much better quality.
Plus, it can't stand on its own.

I had an OG PRVKE bag from 2017
I had an OG PRVKE bag from 2017, and when it finally kicked the bucket a solid 8 years later after traveling the world with me through countless weather conditions, I decided to test out that Lifetime Warranty.
Thankfully, WANDRD means what they say. In a panic knowing that the weekend was coming soon and I had back to back weddings this month, I filled out the warranty claim PRAYING it would be seen before the next week in the hopes it would arrive as soon as possible. Marc answered my prayers and promptly sent me a code to replace my bag in its entirety! I’m waiting for it to come in now but I can’t wait to go on more adventures with my favorite brand of camera bag that truly is as rugged and tough as they say.
I 🖤 U WANDRD. There will never be another for me.

Everything about WANDRD is outstanding
Everything about WANDRD is outstanding; the gear, the customer service. It's so nice in this day and age to have a question about a product and actually, not only get a human, but someone who knows what he's talking about. I recently upgraded my PRVKE 31L to a V4 only due to one bothersome piece, that I could have taken the shears too, but why mess up a lovely pack when the update has already fixed the worrisome part. My misery wasn't actually a gear problem but an upgrade in camera lens. I'm a wildlife photographer and my needs are pretty specific, from getting all my Nikon gear safely into a backpack, water-resistant, light, couple hiding places for money and passport, and safe when being in the overhead compartment on planes/cargo hold on puddle jumpers. This backpack meets it all. It's been knocked about, sprayed on zodiac rides, pushed around on commercial flights, and lovingly carried from the Antarctic to the Arctic, and places in between. Never has a zipper hesitate to open or close, a strap not stayed in place. It's superb and the folks behind WANDRD are ready to take your call when you have a question.
Customer Support Came Through in the End
I ordered the PRVKE EDC because the product listing stated the laptop sleeve was 42 cm deep — in reality, it's closer to 36 cm. My 16" MacBook doesn't fit at all. That’s false advertising.
I paid €10 for shipping to receive the bag, and now it seems I'm expected to cover the return as well — despite the error being completely WANDRD’s fault.
I submitted a return/exchange request through their website (no response), followed up via Instagram (told to email support), and then emailed them directly. Days later, I’ve still had no reply. I’ve made it clear that I need a UPS return label because I can't generate one myself — but they’ve left me hanging.
As it stands, I’ve paid for a product that doesn’t match its description, can’t use it, can’t return it, and WANDRD is completely ignoring me.
This is the kind of service I’d expect from a budget eBay seller — not a “premium” brand. Shockingly poor support and zero accountability. Avoid.
UPDATE**
I had a frustrating experience initially, the product I received (the PRVKE EDC) didn’t match the advertised specs, and I couldn’t get in touch with customer support despite several attempts via their website, email, and social channels. It felt like I was being ignored, and I was left unable to return the bag, which was really disappointing.
However, after posting this review, WANDRD looked into the issue, they responded promptly and issued a full refund, no questions asked.
While the situation was stressful at the time, I really appreciate that they took ownership, followed up publicly, and resolved things fairly. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters, and in the end, WANDRD did the right thing.

I am a uk customer and i thought i already paid the duties for this bag around £63.98 uk sterling only to hear i have to pay another £74.01 in duty to UPS. This sucks if i could send the bag back i would and just get it from amazon. Additionally i had to pay delivery that i thought was free. Ref E49033. This bag was sent from Europe Dutch so why the extra duty?
Follow up i tried to explain the situation that i have already paid the duty but the courier guy was not willing to leave the parcel without payment of duty that was paid already.

Amazing customer service that stands by their products. Had an amazing duffel bag that broke after heavy years of use and they replaced it immediately.

This is hands-down one of the best bag companies out there—especially for camera gear. I’ve had my camera bag since 2018, and after seven years of heavy use, some of the zippers started to separate, which was affecting its water resistance.
Thanks to their lifetime warranty, I submitted a replacement request, and within just a few hours, they emailed me a code for a brand new bag. No hassle, no runaround—they truly stand behind their products. That kind of customer service is rare, and it’s why I’ll only buy my camera bags from them moving forward.
Appalling customer service
I like Wandrd products, I really do. That's what the additional star is for (otherwise it would be a one).
They have NO customer care whatsoever, not even the courtesy of replying to very simple email requests. The delivery times FAR exceed estimates, and in my case, I emailed them asking for cancellation as I would be out of the country for 2 weeks. They ignored this.
2 days later they sent me an email saying "UPS label created" I emailed them again asking them NOT to deliver and to cancel the order. They ignored this as well.
I then get a UPS "delivered notification" with no photo, and it could not have been delivered because the property was empty. I did not consent to any parcel being left anywhere.
I emailed them again, and guess what. Yes that's right they IGNORED me.
Had to open a PayPal case in the end which was found in my favour.
Really atrocious customer service, something that was so easy to sort, wasn't even looked at.

Firstly With regard to the emails. I sent them to exactly the email address you mention. You have my email address if you want to contact me, I will gladly forward them. If you don't want to contact me then please specifically check your inbox at that address for emails 28/05 13:25 and 29/05 10:25, they will be there.
As for the delivery photo, I did not see one. Furthermore, if it was delivered when I was out of the country when I specifically emailed and asked you not to deliver, and also explicitly asked for you not to leave in a safe place if the delivery had already been dispatched (this is in the email I am quite happy to forward you). I never received any delivery from your company as I was out of the country. It did not come into my possession therefore the risk lies with you if you choose to ignore my requests.
You also mention I didn't create a return. How can I create a return for an item I didn't receive? seriously?
As for allowing PayPal to refund me, that is not true, PayPal refunded me because Wandrd didn't respond. I also mentioned to PayPal that I was happy to forward a receipt from WEX for exactly the same product that I had ordered afterwards.
So, for me to be accused of fraud, is very petulant of you. I can prove every claim I am making. Why don't you send me an email and I will gladly provide all the proof you need. You can then put an apology up for accusing me of fraud.

I have several bags/products from Wandrd and they are simply awesome, made by photgrapher for photographer and everyone else! I also needed to use the support as I needed to claim the warranty and I never experienced such a fast solution and great support. I can only highly recommend Wandrd!

Best camera bags on the planet!
I recently purchased the rouge 6L sling camera bag. This is the most versatile, over engineered bag I’ve ever felt. It is not only an incredible camera bag, but I was able to carry 3 lenses, lunch, a 26 oz water bottle, and sunscreen. When we rented bikes, the additional exterior clips allowed me to place the bag in a bike basket while secure, and allowing easy access to my camera. Zippers are perfect, and the material is nearly bombproof. Wandrd has a customer for life in me!

warranty claim
I've had a prvke 31 and a DUO daypack for a while, both great bags and I've travelled a lot alternating between them. A while back, I've noticed the external part on the DUO daypack starting to flake away, I've contacted Wandrd and they accepted a claim under their warranty, great! they sent me a voucher as the item is now discounted. this was back in 2023 by the way. For personal reasons I couldn't travel for a while and completely forgot about the voucher to exchange my gear. I am now in a position to travel again and to my surprise, after digging it out of my inbox today, the voucher still works and I've managed to order a new backpack ready for a lot of new adventures in the future. thanks a lot guys, you rock!

Superb service!!!
I bought the PRVK bag, version 1, some years ago. Two weeks ago the zipper ran of the track. After contacting WANDRD, in order to find out if there was a repair location they would recommend, I was told to send in some details as this falls under their warranty. Upon review they said the damage was to severe and something that is not supposed to happen. Instead of fixing the bag they sent me a brand new one, i only had to pay shipping!
