I’ve been using their product lines since 2020 and absolutely love their story, the designs, and the high craftsmanship. Their bags are well thought out and extremely useful for travelers and photographers alike.

I’ll reached out with a question about an extended strap for the ROAM sling, and they quickly got me a solution. Their customer support is top-tier.

Their lifetime warranty is amazing. Most companies will say they have one but will somehow find any way not to adhere to it. Not wandrd! I had a zipper issue and I couldn’t close my bag anymore, the claim process was so easy and they got back to me within 2 days with a code for a whole new bag.

Outside of this specific instance, I freaking love this company. My bag was still in perfect condition other than the zipper issue, despite using it almost every day for a year. I get compliments on it wherever I go and it holds all of my gear perfectly, I have even hiked with it and it’s more comfortable than some of my hiking backpacks. They obviously care about their customers, which is not something you always see with companies today. I can’t say enough good things about them!!

The best ever bag i ever had, I just got my ROUGE 9L Sling bag, and very satisfied with it. This is the 2nd time I bought from WANDRD, and i love the quality, the design and it is very stylish. My 1st one IS PRVKE, And I really love it, till now I am using it, the quality of materials are perfect.
My ROUGE 9L is my favorite bag for daily use.

Their products are AWESOME! I traveled around the world carrying EDC and Gear since May 2019 in my Prvke 21 and I FUGGIN LOVE IT!! Their backpacks are made with awesome materials that last and resist to the baddest things (but not, it’s non bulletproof 😅) and you can trust me, my Prvke was my companion from the Namibian bush to the iced land of Icelands, going through wet boat transfers in Indonesia and the chaotic streets of Tokyo! I’ve never tought to spend this amount of money for a backpack, but after many years I don’t regret it any penny of that!
And if you have any functional problem with the backpack, the lifetime warranty will save you because they will fix it or replace your backpack as it’s happening to me…I’m in love with WANDRD!

The gear is amazing and the customer service is second to none. I’d have no problem recommending WANDRD to anyone!

Damage claim was handled super fast and friendly, ended up getting a replacement product because the damage was unrepairable - they are true to their lifelong warranty claim, would definitely recommend if in the market for some quality bags (mine lasted 6 years of daily commute)

Love this company. Been buying bags from them since they’ve started in Kickstarter. The first bag I’ve got from them is the Prvke - Gen 1 at present I’m still using it with no complaints. The recent item I’ve got from them was Rogue 9L and now I’m eyeing the travel pack. By the way just filed a claim recently and the’ve responded promptly and offered a solution for it. I've had a WANDRD backpack for almost 4 years and don't regret a single penny.
After daily use, the slide of the zipper derailed and after going to several tailors and even shoemakers who all told me that they could not repair it, I wrote to WANDRD support.
Within a few minutes, an email came back with a code so that I could order a new backpack. The company's warranty and goodwill are second to none!

I recommend this backpack not only because I love and appreciate it, but also because the company behind it is fair and reliable.

My original Wandrd Prvke 31 bag developed a slight tear on one of the shoulder strap fabrics after using it as both a daily and travel bag for two and a half years. Concern about the shoulder strap failing I contacted Wandrd support and they responded within the same day and offered a code to purchase a replacement bag.

Overall I'm really impressed by the team at Wandrd for standing by their lifetime warranty. Personally, I would purchase other Wanrd products again in the future.

About one year ago I ordered a Prvke backpack. While I always was very happy with this bag, sadly one of the shoulder straps failed partly (luckily, so no damage was done to my gear).

So I filed a claim to their customer service and got a super quick and nice response within 24h with a code for a free new backpack.
This experience was brilliant and I couldn't be happier about how the customer service solved my issue.

I've been very interested in the Wandrd products for a long time. I think they have the best designs which gives me the opportunity of being organized in a very efficient way, also every product looks amazing. I have All-New Prvke backpack, one tech bag, one laptop case and a rogue 6L, all of them I am very happy using. My All-New Prvke had some stich problems, and they renew my bag instantly, amazing customer support where I filled very detailed claim file, and they got back to me quickly. I trust them %100 percent and so happy that I am using their products and will be a customer forever :)

I love the products - have bought Privke as well as other duffels in the past. Great quality, well designed, and look beautiful. You get what you pay for! And here’s rock solid proof - today I noticed a defect in my 31L Privke bought 3 years ago. Some fabric had given way. Within 2 hours the warranty claim was made and a replacement sorted. Amazing!!! Incredible customer service and exceptional gear is rarely found within one company!

I purchased the PRVKE 21 back in 2017, travelled the world with it as my day bag across 30+ countries and never had an issue. Recently the zipper started to go from normal wear and tear so I reach out to their customer service and was instantly provided a code for a replacement bag free of charge. It arrived a few days later and I couldn’t be happier!! Including learning about enhancements they’ve made to the bay like improved zippers meaning my bag will likely last a life time, making it worth every penny!

My PRVKE 31 has some defects after 4years of straight usage (I have taken care of it) but nevertheless, some parts broke and when checking the lifetime warranty I found the form for a warranty claim. Filled it out in a few minutes, attached pictures (of the bag) and the invoice. Not even a day later I received the great mail, that these damages are very rare and that I can order a replacement. The mail is written in an authentic and smart way, not the lawyer and robotic language of some other companies, so I felt nearly like talking to someone in person. I am greatful that WANDRD keeps its word and is so customer friendly, I personally do appreciate these sort of companies a lot and will support them as much as I can. Thanks to the support team and to the company for making such great products.

I have been an early adopter of Wandrd bags and continue to be impressed with the products and the company. The lifetime warranty is simply over the top. Customer service is phenomenal and they stand behind their products. This means a lot.

I’ve had the Hexal carryall duffle backpack for 6 years and love it. I’m a rough off the beaten path adventure traveler and the back pack has held up great, wry durable and high quality. I recent purchased the new Frenweh backpack and can’t wait to use it. The Custer service with this company is excellent!
