Insanely fast shipping process

Insanely fast shipping process and incredible packaging!

Never seen such a fast fullfilment process from China to Germany. Well worth the extra shipping cost in this case.

Pad and Bottle is of excellent quality, no complaints, sleeves are amazing as well.

Onto the goodies of the review , I’ve been a Cloth pad gamer for 16 years. Dabbled in early hard/glass pad products but none of them felt precise or like I had control. With the CR-005 it’s 100% the opposite but you actually do get the level of control from a cloth pad but on glass. Smoothness is a big thing and on cloth it always felt muddy. I had to focus more on how much force I to use to get to where I want my crosshair to be, it’s the complete opposite on the CR-005. Maybe I’m glazing but it really is a game changing product for serious fps players.

I got the sp5 which is pretty good

I got the sp5 which is pretty good. This pad came with black and yellow skates.
The black ones were done after 3 weeks of light use. I'm using the yellow now for 2 weeks and like it a lot more. I don't know how long they will last. I don't think I can afford to buy skates every month tbh. Good product if you are in a good place with $. Will likely have to search else where for some long lasting or more affordable skates.

Wallhack might look like a premium brand, but their customer service completely ruins the experience.

The biggest issue is how they handle problems—basically, they don’t. If anything goes wrong with your order, you’re often left dealing with it yourself. There are multiple complaints about customers being told to contact the shipping company instead of the company actually taking responsibility. That’s unacceptable for a brand charging premium prices.

Communication is inconsistent at best. Some people report slow responses or vague answers, especially when it comes to issues like delays, missing packages, or unexpected fees. Others mention that support doesn’t provide real solutions—just generic replies that don’t actually fix anything.

What’s worse is that when customers raise legitimate concerns (like surprise customs charges), the response is basically “it’s in the terms, nothing we can do.” That kind of attitude shows zero accountability and makes it feel like they care more about protecting themselves than helping customers.

For a company positioning itself as high-end, the lack of reliable, proactive support is a huge red flag. Good customer service should solve problems—not shift the blame or leave customers stuck.

Verdict: Expensive products with frustrating, hands-off customer service. If something goes wrong, don’t expect much help.

Shipping Way Too Expensive

Shipping is grossly overpriced and slow. They use the cheapest and slowest option from UPS, and charge a decent amount over what the shipping actually costs. I paid 11 dollars for shipping and it took almost 6 days for me to receive. I printed a label (from UPS) that was 5 dollars cheaper than what they charged me for the same exact package, and it would have been here in half the time. I was offered air shipping for the same price they charge! That is a 60% upcharge in shipping they have. Do not order from these guys directly.

Obtuse Customs Charges. Not worth an extra £65

Don't be fooled by the already high prices on their website. If you're ordering from the UK there's an extra £65 on top for customs that they only put in their shipping terms and conditions. They could try to calculate this at the shipping point of sale, or partner with some supplier to make this not an expense for the user. But no.

Instead of doing any of that they make the consumer pay an extra £65 on top of the £120 bundle I got. Not sure any amount of quality can make me justify £185 on a pane of glass.

If you contact them about it all they say is that they lost it in their shipping conditions and there's nothing they can do about it. Do not order directly from them, if at all.

Amazing customer service

I recently had an issue where the Evangelion (limited time drop) mousepad got returned to sender because it was somehow sent to the wrong address.

I emailed customer support and Danny replied within 12 hours or so and immediately sorted it out for me. Absolutely impeccable service, I'm a customer for life.

Edit as of 2/9/26 - new package got shipped from Denmark, got stuck in customs, Wallhack support was able to fix the error within 24h. GOAT company

Great Company, Great Mousepad

This is my first experience using a glass mousepad, I went for the new CR version as I like to have some control but still wanted a faster experience. Surprisingly I have zero regrets with this purchase, by far the best mousepad I've tried. The only issue I had with this company was the slightly vague shipping information at the first stage. However, this was only a minor problem and should not put you off buying from them. My order arrived in 9 days total, shipping to the UK.

Fedex sucks, wallhack change your courier

FEDEX lost my package, and wallhack only solution was me to solve the problem by my self, in order to get a refund or my money back, fedex must send the package back, but how can i solve this issue, make a scammy big enterprise like fedex do whats right?, i'm just a normal dude living in the bottom of the world,i had to save the cash to get me a sp 004 after many months, i'm truly lost, i'm so sad and angry against fedex and also against wallhack, these guys are a big enterprise and they use shitty couriers like fedex, also, they dont take responsibility, they told me to ship it back if I dont want it( it hasnt arrived yet, stuck with fedex), it has been 20 days since purchase and i paid 70$ only shipping for a premium delivery service, and they told me to pay that again to send it back, in order to get a refund for the pad only, so from 300$ they will refund me 100$, dont give your money to this awful company, there are much better sellers like glsswrks, tekkusai, these guys sell for 1/3 of the price, double the quality, and with a good customer service, %$#$ these guys from wallhack, never again.

Edit: wallhack issued a refund for my order, i still don't get the money back but the service answered my emails and at least refunded the amount of the pad.

Greatest mousepad in existence

Definitely the best mousepad I’ve ever used. Started using a hard pad back in 2001ish when the func pad was released. Have never used cloth pads since then because I prefer the smooth hard surface. Just switched to the 005 glass pad and my god is it amazing. If you’re a fan of hard surface pads and prefer low friction, look no further than wallhacks VA-005, you will not be disappointed.
