Quality and product, also no plastic wrapping my parcel was well presented I simply loved how each item was wrapped and tied with ribbon, thank you Wallace Cotton,well done .

I love shopping at Wallace Cotton. The staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The products are excellent quality and delivered in beautiful cotton bags with wonderful bees on them. Love the bags!

Very fast delivery and good quality products

I ordered a duvet cover and it arrived very quickly but it was too big. I returned it to the Wellington Bank arcade store and got the correct size. The lady in there was so helpful and friendly as I had rung her about it and she put the correct size aside for me. Lovely duvet and excellent customer service

I was very happy with the service provided recently when I made an online purchase which was delivered very quickly and as it was not the colour I wanted I was able to return it and was promptly refunded back to my account.
