I have been using WageCan since 2016
I have been using wagcan since 2016. For me , when using cryptocurrency companies, the customer service is the first thing I check before adding funds and trading with the company as this is a developing sector and there are no standard regulations. So far, I'm glad to say the customer service of WageCan has always been honest and very efficient in solving the issues I came across. I will put there customer service as one of the best compared to the others in this sector.
I was just about to mention the iPhone app needs to be updated and more user friendly . I just received the latest update and it is much better then before. Must have read my mined :)
Overall, I am very happy using WageCan and would fully recommend it.

All and all it's a good service But...
All and all it's a good service. Fees are fine
Cons: Mobile App is not very good.
Customer support works in a very tight time schedule. would be better if you made another shift that could answer support queries coming from the other side of the world and not take 2 days to reply
They recently discontinued the card that I can use in my country. They didn't reward the users in any way for this MAJOR problem.

Wagecan has gotten better and better since i started using the service over a year ago. The biggest improvements have been in customer service which is now fast and helpful.
Their debit card has the lowest fees I've been able to find and loading is fast and easy. Their promotions are also very beneficial to their customers, which is rare.
Overall I've been very satisfied with the growth, improvement and service this cryptocurrency company provides. If they expanded their currency options (i.e., Litecoin, Dash, Ether, etc.) and offered a UnionPay card, I'd give them 5 stars.
