I have a bad experience I did not know that the card could only be issued through a passport I am a citizen of Colombia I do not have a passport at the time

the page does not specify what documents should be for verification before charging for the shipment

I have 0.092 btc that the platform does not let me withdraw to a wallet it says error and it charges me 350 usd of comicion for withdrawing my money

100% scam will report this to the cyber crime unit

Sending bitcoin worked, filled out all forms, requires upload of photos, so I switch to camera take required photos, when I switch back I have to fill everything in again! Okay, so I do that, select upload, it says required apps not connected. So I set the appropriate permissions, re-fill all required entries, still cannot upload anything.
So I decide to screw it and refund my stuff and it refuses regardless of how high saying "$2000 daily limit" reached. Seriously? It won't even allow transfer of a single Satoshi!
So I try to find a help phone number, no luck on site. Whois says godaddy, and godaddy says a number that is not in service.
SMELLS REAL SCAMMY!
Moral of the story: Don't trust these guys, always do your research before sending anyone money, even if referred through a trusted site.

i would recomande this if you were new to bitcoin cards its a great one to start you have a lot of options with it but the only problem is it takes some time that the money is on the card but unless that point i would recommend this card

I really love what happen with agregators. Now to enhance the cryptocurrency ecosystem, delivering tools to adopt and use bitcoin.

Th card delivery was very slow and after that The load process take four days and when I try to use it I can not do it because the Pin doesn’t work. The support don’t answer me in a week!

Very good service responses are very quick and very detailed. All in I am very pleased with their service.

More than 3 days i send money to my account and it recieved with 20 min but loading to my card take 3 days and still wait !!!

Card is awesome works everywhere, support is polite and does answer only caveat is verifications which can be slow, the beta program for the golden card could have worked better (like transferring fully verified credentials to the final card and sending the new card prior to stopping all new funds loads)

I recently got my Golden Card after making some noise and have loaded my card with USD101 which is around RM400 in Malaysia. But to my dismay, I tried all the ATMs here and i can't get any withdrawals done even with just RM50. This leads me to believe that they could be a scam or a fraud card company. Again numerous emails were sent and no reply as well.
