Visited the Stratford (Westfield) branch and was very disappointed by the recent menu changes. Removing long-standing favourites like Pad Thai really takes away one of the main reasons to visit.... See more

Not very impressed
Not very impressed. Dry starters. Nice dips. Main was lack of meat, noodles stodgy. Nice dessert.
Don’t mind paying, expect better though.
Fabulous service from Alphius
Fabulous service from Alphius , friendly guy and just very very polite and fun. Great food as always.

Tasteless and soulless
So disappointed by the Wagamama in St.Peters Square, Manchester. Zero atmosphere, tasteless food and indifferent wait staff. Won’t be returning!
Beware being overcharged by Wagamama…
I took my wife to Wagamama in the Trafford centre for a birthday meal. The food was alright but having checked the bill after paying I realised I had been overcharged by almost double. I pointed this out to the staff and was made to fill in a form for a refund. So far so good. 9 working days - 14 days later and three calls to the managers later, still no refund, this despite being reassured that the matter would be dealt with promptly. I'm very unimpressed by this appalling lack of reciprocation. Beware, check your bill's carefully or wait forever for remedial action.
Wagamama Romford
Ordered a take away over the phone x3 chicken katsu curries and 1 pork shirodoshi. The 3 that ate katsu had sickness and diarohhea for 2 days. Complained to store and was informed that because no other diners were ill it wasn’t their food and gave me £20 gift voucher as goodwill gesture (also known as we won’t accept liability) so disappointing as we are weekly regulars and their handling of the case is disappointing and rather insulting and offensive!
Excellent lunch on the spur of the moment…
Popped in for lunch while shopping in Newport today with friends. We had the Teriyaki Salmon, Shu's 'Shiok' Chicken and Chicken Firecracker. All were delicious. Excellent service from Brogan. Thank you.
Not worth the hype
Main dishes were good and reasonably priced. Starters and side dishes were ok; nothing to write home about, and horrendously priced. Juice drinks were flavoured water and pricey.
NOT value for money.
Visited wagamama in Epsom
Visited wagamama in Epsom. Absolutely appalling service. The restaurant was nowhere near full for 6pm on a Friday, perhaps the other locals have already experienced their poor service. Myself, two children and partner were sat at a table, however this took some prompting of staff by the manager as they were just milling about not really doing anything. Once sat we were given menus etc. it's wagamama, you pretty much know what your choosing and our menus were down and we were ready to order within 5 minutes. However, table after table (including people sat down after us) ordered and were served. Our server (Ryan) passed out table no less than about 30 times, made eye contact with me at least twice where I tried to gain his attention but obviously after 25 minutes of this we were fed up and the kids were hungry. So we got up to leave, having not yet ordered a thing. My partner explained to the manager why we were leaving and she just stood there saying, 'I'm sorry' but there was little action not even an offer to serve us then and there. Not even have a drink while I find out what is going on. The best bit was when I said this service is not good enough and now my children are hungry and I am going to have to find them something else for dinner that one of the six servers stood doing nothing by the bar actually thought it was hilarious and laughed, she actually laughed at the thought of hungry children or perhaps it was the fact that they failed in their service that was funny, or letting customers down. Who knows? I asked her not to laugh because it wasn't funny and still the manager just stood there doing absolutely nothing. Appalling service in fact unbelievable.
I've tried to contact customer service…
I've tried to contact customer service since the end of April and have still not managed to get any response from them. They studiously hide any telephone contact and don't respond to emails - how does anyone get any service from this company? Shocking.
They were was ignoring us
1 waitress was ignoring us. We waited for the bill for HALF and hour. Good food but service was bad- they gave us death stares and I waz scared
Unfortunately this wasn't such a great…
Unfortunately this wasn't such a great experience - I was seated very slowly, the service was also very slow and the poor staff were so overwhelmed that they had to temporarily stop serving food. I could see other customers asking for their drinks as they were taking so long.
Covent Garden branch TOILETS
Covent Garden branch - the service was great except for the lady removing my plate and asking what dessert I wanted B4 my daughter had finished her main.
My worry is the toilets......very dark and quiet and MIXED......I thought I had entered the men's but no there were women's toilets in the same quiet space. It was a bit scary walking past a heap of male toilets to get to the female ones. I felt really vulnerable......you could easily be pulled into a toilet and attacked. Yes, there was CCTV.....but that won't help in the moment, or if someone has a mask or disguise.
I don't like shared toilets and certainly wouldn't let a child go down there unaccompanied.....very bad planning
Sandun is such a professional staff
a great experience we had serve by a professional and wonderful staff who introduced us the dishes that suits our mood and taste such a wonderful surroundings warmth welcoming and such a homing place a very big shout out to Mr. Sandun in Wagamama Abudhabi Mall
Disappointing food
Disappointing food - rice was so poorly cooked I’d be embarrassed to serve it at home. Poor service - they insisted on serving all dishes across people. Wrong drinks delivered. Not all means came together. Very overpriced for what it is. The only positive was that the food was served quickly.
My first visit to Wagamama
My first visit to Wagamama. We ordered chicken noodles. It was vile. Foul tasting plant-based noodles cooked in what tasted like washing up liquid. 2 or 3 pieces of bland chicken cooked in the dish water along with limp, over cooked spinach. The meal looked revolting, tasted revolting and was completely inedible all for a very reasonable £25 for 2 people. We abandoned our plates virtually untouched- no one batted an eyelid so it must happen a lot. NEVER AGAIN!
Best sevice from Dani at Cardiff Wagamama
Our visit to Wagamama was lovely! Food was amazing especially the Boa buns and best of all the Service was first class! Dani was brilliant, really friendly and helpful!
We had a great customer experience at…
We had a great customer experience at Wagamama in Speke, Liverpool. We have been served by a very professional and highly knowledgeable member of staff, Katie, who was able to answer our questions about the different dishes on the menu. She was also very polite and welcoming. The food was delicious, just as described by Katie. We will be back.
Fantastic birthday meal with amazing service.
Went to Cribbe Causeway branch in Bristol for my birthday and honestly can’t wait to go again. The service was excellent, I cracked my knee on the table and the waitress couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. The food was out of this world, I loved every single mouthful and the experience was brilliant for me. Will be going back very soon.
