this is the second watch I've bought from Tom and just like the first the one thing that really sticks out is the service.

don't get me wrong, the watch is perfect! but in a busy world with many dealers, buying options and sites to browse, buying a great watch nowadays there are more options then ever open to you. Tom not only gets you the watch you want, but he does it with a service that is genuinely focussed on the customer. The cherry on the top is the fact his prices are totally reasonable!

I sent my late grandfather’s Oris to Tom for a service / cosmetic refresh. It was an A* service.

The watch was serviced by a local jewellers a few months ago but for some unknown reason, they cut down the seconds hand and left a mountain of dust behind the acrylic.

Tom’s service was exemplary! It was fast, great communication and packaged like the Crown Jewels! Now a new seconds hand and not a spot of dust!!

I really cannot recommend Tom’s service enough. Thank you!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said?
My dealings with Tom were absolutely fantastic, could not fault Tom at all from initial contact to doing the deal through to next day delivery. It is always difficult to know who to trust when dealing on line and it is refreshing to find someone who is 100% trustworthy and reliable so if your thinking of dealing with Tom you can rest easy this man is true to his word! I am so impressed I am definitely going to be going back to Tom to purchase more watches.

My first purchase from Tom at Gungadin Watches, which I'm certain wont be my last! A true pleasure to deal with from initial enquiry through to the delivery of the watch. I have been collecting watches for more years than I care to recall, at least 25! and I can say that this watch seller is the best I have ever traded with and by a considerable margin. No other dealer has come near: The watch arrived next day, perfectly packed and with all paperwork and even included the old parts changed at the service and also a warranty. Tom is a great chap to deal with. You really can't go wrong.

Tom is great to deal with, very polite and communicative. The delivery speed was lightening fast, Tom was off to the post office as soon as we’d closed the deal, and my parcel arrived early the next day. As for the watch itself, it’s even better than it shows in the pictures online, it’s safe to say that I’m very happy with it.
Highly recommended if you are looking for that perfect vintage watch.

Recently bought a 1968 Omega Genéve Dynamic from Tom. One of my grail watches. The watch I received was in near perfect condition; I hadn’t seen another like it in its originality in my time searching. The service I received was above and beyond, not only shipping the watch as quick as possible but sending me photos of the movement for my records. Tom is a really friendly bloke and we’ve had a good chat outside of just me being a customer. I’ll certainly be coming back should he get any more Omegas in!
