Easy to order, well packaged and quick delivery. A real shame that the watch description doesn't state that you mustn't press any buttons under water for it to remain water resistant (as per the booklet included). When I wear a wetsuit, watches end up getting pushed up against my wrist and buttons get pressed unintentionally, so I'm feeling quite disappointed that I might have wasted money on something that won't last maybe even one session in the water...

I was extremely pleased with my acquisition from Newhall when I bought a Raymond Weil Toccata watch from them the previous year. Despite diligently storing it in a drawer for several months, I eventually realized that it had stopped functioning. Consequently, I sent it to Raymond Weil for repairs. It was during this process that I became aware that Raymond Weil does not recognize Newhall as an authorized retailer, thereby rendering my 2-year warranty void.

Over the past fortnight, I have attempted to reach out to Newhall multiple times, but regrettably, I have not received any response to my inquiries.

Finally they came back to me and accepted to repair the watch on themselves and suggested a two year retailer Gurantee on my RaymondWeil Watch, Although this was not the best outcome, but still was very helpful and solved the issue for me at this moment.
