Why VyprVPN?

Given the current state of things I felt the need to protect my internet. Vypr is one of the highest recommended ways to do that.

It trashed my network with the…

It trashed my network with the uninstall
and I lost all ability to have Wi-Fi. It took IT 2 hours to restore my network settings for my wireless adapter because of your vpn. You infiltrated my network and on uninstall you trashed it. My window system didn't even recognize I still had a wireless adapter though it was working properly. It was VPN service That trashed my network

the main reason why i purchased the vpn…

the main reason why i purchased the vpn is to have access to qatar location. unfortunately, the vpn is inconsistent in locating the Qatar server, and most of the time it gives the message that location is unavailable.

Billing wrong

The service itself has been working fabulously for years. However, the current extension was billed in pounds sterling instead of Euro. The price was thus significantly higher than agreed. A complaint to the support remained without result. Too bad.

Beware what you pay.

The App's are okay, the connection speed is good but the customer support is far below. I've been busy for weeks to get the right amount charged on the creditcard. GoldenFrog charged the wrong currency (I pay more than I bought). For weeks e-mail after e-mail and the only answer is 'we are looking for it'. After more than three weeks I was tiered of waiting and start an official complaint with the creditcard company to get my money back. Is this the service they advice with?

This is the second time I had a problem with a Swiss company, If there is a problem; never ever a problem from the company self but always someone else. The Swiss are convinced that they never ever do something wrong, this time it's the payment provider who did something wrong. I Have a invoice with the correct amount EUR but they charge in GBP (and you pay more than 10% extra with the exchange).

Doesn’t worth any penny

It worked for two times very well and I could log in as I was in Saudi Arabia. However, after that I couldn’t log in anymore and it seems they just have one server for Saudi Arabia. Not recommended at all

Service is working but customer service…

Service is working but customer service is terrible. I purchased a package that should have cost €37 but instead I was charged GBP37. I contacted Customer Service on Oct 2nd and they said that they knew about the issue but they didn't have a timeframe to solve it. And I am still waiting for them. Almos 1 month is gone and no feedback.

sometime its stop working like i…

sometime its stop working like i connected with any server but i cant able to access any sites then i need to disconnected vpn and then connect again then its work its not good probably when i surf sites it automatically disable net and everything will be stoped to working very bad i buy 3 years plan so i dont want to see this type of problem in future so please fix it soon as possible

OVERCHARGED 3 MONTHS AGO AND STILL NO REFUND

I was falsely billed for GBP currency instead of EUR for one year's costs.
In addition, previous invoices were deleted and substituted by a fictitious invoice from another country.
My repeated requests to correct the errors resulted in long replies and excuses like "latest migration of billing platform" and promises to refund the excess amount charged, but now 3 months later they have still not refunded.
This looks like fraud to me-- or they simply don't give a sh/t. An honest company would have refunded the overcharge immediately. I will not be using this VPN any more.
