Most answers felt like cut & paste…
Most answers felt like cut & paste replies from a script, at some point I was quite convinced that I am chatting with a bot. The software is great but not the online chat.

USELESS VPN
wanted to have a Qatar IP. Gave me a USA IP. could not access what I wanted to.. So canceled the subscription and switched to another VPN.

This was very easy to accomplish. It does what it says it does and does it quickly and easily. My only question is why doesn't everyone do this? I very very rarely give any rating of any kind 5 stars - so you know this has to be well earned.

The customer support was awesome and fixed my issues within a few minutes. I have an older system and didnt think i could get it to work. They had me up and running in no time! Would give more than 5 stars if i could.

It works but there are some issues along the ride. Things started wrong as instead of 50 Euros I was charged 50 pounds(59.36 euros), we didn't start good ...4-5 months later zero resolve, lately they insist of using these extra money as 4 months extension of my subscription. Now for the phone, the app is ok and I rarely have any issues, the PC app is kind of a disaster, sometimes it just disconnect itself OR show connected while I have no internet access(kill switch enabled). I've heared good stuff about this vpn but my feelings are mixed, with the wrong charged amount that was never fixed to the pc client app that's unstable - Other than that, it's fast and torrents and even online pc games are playable(most of the times) EDIT: Automatic reconnect? it seems connected but it just doesn't work, so not sure what do you mean by automatic reconnect(it doesn't drop, I just have no internet :P ) EDIT(2024/Jan): Never got a refund for the extra money I've paid but I keep using the service from time to time for simple stuff
