I made an order two days ago I’ve emailed telephone them even found Tom’s mobile phone number. No one has bothered to replied. It sounds like this place has gone out of business. I’ve now done a charge back on my card so I can get my money back. don’t use this company period !!!!!

Excellent Genuine Parts Buying Experience
What an excellent experience buying from VW Motor Parts. Genuine parts comprising of a complete brake overhaul set (front discs & pads, rear drums & shoes + genuine VW brake fluid to flush the system) together with the complete car engine service kit were delivered for a fraction of the cost. Customer service is fantastic and very courteous. The website gives informative updates tracking order status. I will not hesitate to buy from them again whenever the need arises.

Wanted some genuine service parts for a MK7 Golf GTD, this company supplied oem parts cheaper than anywhere else and free next day delivery. Will use them all the time in the future.

Would not supply sales receipt/invoice for online purchase.
Bought 5 liters of oil online. No sales receipt/ invoice was supplied with the goods. Despite numerous emails and phone calls to their parts dept and accounts dept, they would not supply an invoice/sales receipt.
is this some kind of tax fiddle they have going?
