False Shipping Times
The shipping times are a lie. They claim that "in stock" items sip withing 24 hours. My "in stock" item took 6 days to ship, with the shipment taking another 7 days. So 13 days waiting for an "in stock" item.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I purchased windshield wiper blades for our 2023 Taos on the Winner VW online parts website, vwpartsdirect.com
They sent wiper blades for a Tiguan.
I have called and sent numerous messages to correct the issue but have not received a reply.
I will never purchase from them again.
Luckily my niece owns a Tiguan and I will give her the blades.
Winner should be renamed "LOSER"
Verified my vin through their sire before ordering. Next day they came at me saying it was the wrong part and the right part was 10$ more. Classic bait and switch.
Order part on dec 31 had asked for updated and just received one today 1/7/2025 that it's in progress. They charged huge shipping fees 18 dollars for somthing that weighs maybe 2 oz and I was okay if it ment I get my part quick. Didn't advertise it as out of stock or anything. Will not do buisness with them again! Update says it will be here on 1/14/2025. Sent using the slowest possible shipping there is.
