I don't get these bad reviews lately...I have been playing here for a while now and had lots of wins and yes, sometimes the payout is slow, but sometimes is super fast. But I have always received my money! And I want anyone to show me another casino that gives so many bonuses all the time. Some ppl either need to read the T&C's properly or learn how verification works as I believe these horrible ratings lately are either big misunderstandings or completely unfair towards this casino. And I have been through a fair share of the bad ones! Only 1 star less cause I don't like that money are not deducted after cashout request but hang on the balance till the cashout is processed so I have to wait before I can take another bonus.

The chat consultant made a mistake by giving me the wrong email address to block my account. Because of this, I was unable to properly self-exclude.
When I later asked for a refund of the funds that were deposited after I had sent an email to the incorrect address, I was told that they have no record of such a chat, even though they claim to store chat conversations for six years. The support team even suggested that I must not have spoken with one of their consultants.
This is strange, because they do have a chat that refers to the conversation in which the consultant gave me the wrong email address, and that follow-up chat took place two days later. It seems like they are trying to sweep the issue under the rug and clear themselves of responsibility by claiming that I spoke with a different support agent.

The chat with the consultant took place on 26.07.2025, around 1–3 PM. At that time, I was given an incorrect address for self-exclusion. I sent the request to the address provided by the consultant on 28.07.2025. That chat exists, but the earlier one is missing, and that is the problem. I am very sorry that the support suggested I must have spoken with another team back then, but that is not true. I remember the entire sequence of events clearly.

My 'Proof of Address' is already Approved. Furthermore, the 'Source of Wealth' documents you requested, which also confirm my ownership and identity, were artificially removed from the system multiple times and are now intentionally kept 'On review' to create more delays.
I have already submitted all these proofs to AskGamblers to expose your technical manipulations. Process my withdrawal immediately!

Very bad withdrawal experience with Vulkan Vegas.
Deposit via Crypto & Jeton worked fine, but withdrawal only shows IMPS and it keeps failing. My ₹8,800 withdrawal failed 4 times earlier and now 2 more times recently 212 euro
They keep saying “technical problem” and cancel the request. I email them regularly but no proper solution.
Deposits are easy, withdrawals are impossible. Very disappointing

one of the best companies on the market, withdrawal of funds takes up to several days, especially for larger amounts, over 5000e, but they do not cause problems with verification like other scam sites and process payments without any problems.

Edit 1: Got notified that their clause says they will only pay out 5000 eur max a month. Have asked to even pay to get that sum up some, but will let you know if that is possible. KYC is still under review.
