I took a mobile phone contract with this company about 3 years ago. I have been out of the country for a year came back and discovered they have closed my account and reallocated my number. If I am happy to pay and not use the sim what right do they have to cancel my number? The numbskulls said they texted me, they can see I am not using the sun so why text? An email would have worked. Absolutely steaming. Makes no sense I am happy to pay and not use so they are getting money for nothing !!!! Someone there needs to learn some business sense and some common sense would not go amiss.
Urmi has been very helpful assisting with a difficult problem. Very understanding and patient with me throughout.

I referred my mum and dad to this company with their “friends with benefits” offer. Where I refer people with my link and after being with them for 2 months we all get £20 each.
Now it’s been over 2 months we waited, got the email to claim our £20 rewards and the links don’t work for my mum and dad. We contact them on their website live chat link. And they say “we can’t do anything, contact our social media” and then when my parents contact their social media they don’t even reply.
My mum contacted them on instagram and they said give us 24 hrs for their system to “update” and then contact them back. It’s been nearly 72 hrs and they don’t even reply back and my mum even got a message from Vodafone saying to contact voxi BUT THEY DONT REPLY.
My dad tried claiming his £20 and he did the same thing tried contacting their live chat and they say contact the social media team.
THEY JUST TRY CLOSING THE CONVERSATION AND THEN NOT REPLYING. And don’t want to give the £20 each to my parents.
Scam of a company! And terrible customer service.

I joined VOXI while on an Erasmus+ exchange in the UK. When I decided to leave, I found the cancellation process more complicated than expected. You either have to switch to another provider or contact customer support to have your account cancelled, which means you can't simply cancel it yourself. I had forgotten my security PIN and had to complete the PIN recovery form several times. Unfortunately, it kept being rejected because the address on my bank card was my home address, while the address registered with VOXI was my temporary UK address during my exchange.
That said, I would like to highlight that everyone I spoke to through Messenger was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. In the end, I fortunately remembered my PIN, which allowed me to resolve everything.
My only real criticism is that customers should be able to cancel their service themselves without having to rely on customer support.

Absolutely the worst service ever. 4GB of internet spent after 24 hours and use of max 2-3 hours in total on social media. Then i paid additional 28 pounds to renew it, they take the money, but decide to remove it from my profile after an hour leaving me stranded in the middle of NYC late at night not being able to come home. Horrible, horrible!!!!1

The Refer a friend scheme is a scam, i signed up using a referral link from a friend on the 22-3-26 and after completing the two months me and my friend had not received any vouchers, to this day (4 months later) we are both contacting back and forth regularly with voxi who continuously assure us we will recieve out vouchers within thr next 5-7 days which we do not recieve. Upon contact with customer service representatives we are told that we have not qualified due to some reason or another and upon providing proof to the company are then told to wait another 5-7 working days. this is a disgrace, i have also been promised compensation which i am yet to recieve and given numerous reference numbers to quote which just go ignored. I have loads and loads of evidence of my communication however i am unable to upload on here but please be wary, they will not uphold their side of the deal, i am now looking to cancel the contract altogether as i can get it cheaper elsewhere but only joined for the vouchers. Also i have requested information from their representatives multiple times on how to file a formal complaint and to be put forward to a manager but seem to be getting ignored. disgraceful company who do not solve your problem

I got my phone stolen and needed my old number back, they made me get a new sim card and I had to pay for it and still didn't get my old number back, I then contacted back and they said no request was made to transfer my old number so they lied, then they said only way I can get my old number back is to get a new plan with vodafone so I am now paying for two plans and still did not get my old number back, contacted again and they said they will put a request through and told me a date I would get the number back and I contacted again once the date occured and still no number! Only got my old number back after three weeks and this feels like the reason is beacause I contacted ofcom and got advice and had to complain and escalate with vodafone! The poor customer service has affected my life for three weeks in a lot of aspects and no compensation has occured yet. This is not a trustworthy company.

Awful customer service.... Have now cancelled the whole plan and left. I have now had several issues with them in the past few weeks after being a customer for over 3 years i have now left and gone to EE due to the abysmal support you receive if you ever have a problem. To summarise my issue i asked via live chat for them to open me another plan to get another phone number, since they dont do this they transferred me to vodafone and lied to me about the whole process, plan details and opened a minimum two year credit agreement without providing what i paid for. They gave me a temporary phone number instead of a permanent one and after not being told this and having 2500 business cards printed with this on they are now no good. i have been trying to resolve this with both voxi and Vodafone and the customer service agents are all completely useless. Continuously cutting off the chats and being extremely rude over the phone. Now cancelled and gone to EE DISGUSTING COMPANY VODAFONE SHAMEFUL FOLK
