I ordered 2 dresses and a trouser suit…
I ordered 2 dresses and a trouser suit from Votidress, what a bad experience. The trouser suit was for the mother of the bride and it looked horrendous, they looked cheap and nasty, poorly made and I would imagine a £5 pair of pyjamas would have looked better. As for the two dresses, the zip wasn’t long enough to enable the dress to be put on and the bridesmaid dress arrived with the lace hanging off and I could not sit down as although it fitted there was no give in the cheap lining. Despite frequent contact with Alice at Votidress there is still no conclusion, saying she can see nothing wrong, and does not understand. This has been going on for two months. Please do not waste your money dealing with this company.

Don't send refunds! Scammers
Ordered two dresses but as soon as I realised they were made to measure, cancelled my order very promptly "before tailoring process had begun". Requested refund which I was eligible for since tailoring hadnt started. Company finally agreed to the refund at 90% which I agreed to. Waiting 6 months on & still no refund has been received. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, SCAMMERS!

I would not give this company even 1 star.
Warning ...do not buy from this company.
Wish I had read the reviews before I was scammed.
I ordered two outfits costing £228.98. They were nothing like the advertisement. They were badly made in cheap material, didn't fit. The list goes on and on.
After countless e.mails they will not send me a return address even though they profess to have a return policy.
Do not be fooled by the fake advertising.
