Please do not use this company. I have emails going back 4 months of them promising me a refund and still not had it. This company should be closed down. A bunch of scammers and unfortunately they are getting away with it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely disgraceful company ,I bought an outfit for my granddaughter s wedding cost £190,web it came I as appalled at the quality + fit ,I sent all my sizes for it to be made to fit top would not fit my great granddaughter ,they would not give me the address to return it ,said it would cost too much ,offered me 20% refund ,then 50% ,what a lie ,I have been waiting 3 months for this ,avoid this company at all cost ,they are just a load of scammers rubbish company + even more cheap rubbish garments

Please do not buy anything from a company called Votidress or Lily gown clothing, there clothes are nothing like they advertise, they are very tacky, not to size & they are very reluctant to refund the money they are quick to take off you. Below is reason for this post, I bought this for my Daughters wedding & months later I am still fighting to get NOT ALL but only part of my money back

I ordered a dress for use as mother of the bride. My size was confirmed before ordering and I was assured a good service. On receipt the dress was a cheap material and far too small. Not like the picture of item I was expecting. Had to spend more money to buy a suitable dress. Was offered only £20 refund even though I'd spent well over £100, the refund keeps being promised but not received DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !! They should be shut down. Very upsetting experience.

Avoid this company!!! This is a scam! I requested a refund and was promised to be refunded because the dress i ordered is nowhere near the picture that i ordered!! I wanted to return it but they refused and just get the refund but i have been chasing them thru email and just kept telling me to wait but its been months of waiting i still havent received the refund.

Shocking quality of item ordered which was a trouser suit . Not cheap either ! Fabric so bad quality and could not get top off after trying it on the shape and size appalling ! Total rip off

This is a fraud company ,please do not order from them .Its disgusting that they can con a 78 year old women out of £169.My mother ordered a outfit in good faith for her gransons wedding .Arrived ,and I could have laughed at the product that they sent. Was nothing like the photo ,was so badly made ,no labels on it what's so ever .I'm so disgusted. And cannot get a refund for her .These people need jailed

AVOID this company at all costs. I tried to return a dress. I was asked to take a picture of me wearing the dress to show where it didn't fit. The dress was £100. I was offered £10 compensation and I was told that the postage to return the dress would be 'too high' for me to pay! I wish I had read the reviews before buying from Votidress. Never again. Disgusting company. One to avoid. One star is too high.

BE AWARE - I am writing this email on behalf of my 86 year old mother who purchased a wedding outfit for her granddaughters wedding. My mother has dictated what I am going to write. My mother paid in good faith and expected to receive the outfit in 3 weeks, 7 weeks later we were still waiting for the outfit and after many emails we were told it is on its way........ When the outfit arrived, my mother was distraught and so upset as the quality was appalling and to make matters worse, the outfit did not fit her, very small, despite giving very accurate measurements when it was ordered. I have never seen anything so poorly made, it was fit for the bin only, I have tried to request a refund many times via email but the company keeps fobbing me off, telling me that I should have returned the outfit to an address in China that doesn't exist. We were also told that the costs of returning the outfit would cost too much. I am fed up emailing everyday and pleading for a refund for my mother who is a pensioner, please please think carefully before you purchase anything from this website, they have no integrity and are totally dishonest. I am taking legal action against this company so that other people are not victims of this hideous crime from this unscrupulous company. PLEASE DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO PURCHASE AND DON'T BE SWAYED BY THE PRESENTATION OF THE OUTFITS ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SHOW A TRUE REFLECTION OF WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING.

This company is the WORST!! I ordered a wedding dress and it was shocking quality! I asked for the return address and was told, like others, it would cost too much to return so we agreed a refund amount after many many emails that wore me down. This was in May and I STILL have not received a refund!!! I am so fed up and I have wasted my wedding fund in this waste of money dress, that I still have and have no clue what to do with.

As others said stay clear of these fraudstere i ordered two dresses for my wife and as others have said the quality and fit was rubbish. Went onto website filled in form for return rma and no reply so i sent it to the return address on outside of package to walsall cue emails saying you have to send it to a factory in china but they will not give an address. I am going through my credit card company under section 75 to get my money back.do not ever use the scamm....company ever.
Update I went through credit card company and when votidress were informed by them that a claim was in place votidress refunded all my money.
Then votidress had the cheek to send me a email asking me to give them 19 quid so they could send the package from Walsall to China. They are going to be waiting forever on that methinks.

Totally appalling service.
Need to return the item as there and is a return address in Walsall UK on the label but was advised to keep it and take it to a seamstress as it will be cheaper than returning it to China!
They advised they would try and get me some compensation!
I should have read the reviews before I ordered

I got my dress and there was a tear in the lace and it was way to big in the bust when asked for a return address I was told to bring it to my own local seamstress which I don't have I asked for a return of my money and an address to return the dress and this has not happened yet so no I will definitely be advising people not to buy off this Web site

I have been requesting a refund since May but still not received anything. Am now referring this company to trading standards for the bad customer service, poor quality fabrics and sizing.
Here’s hoping something can be done. They are ripping off people and providing crap quality

The dress I ordered was for my sons wedding. It looked lovely on the advertising. But what a disappointment.
It was made from cheap fabric that I wouldn’t wear. The style is boned and so badly done that it assumes your boobs are tiny and really high up. Not made for a size 16! When I emailed re a refund, I was asked to send pictures and then I would be ‘dealt with’. Will cut my losses of £110 so as to avoid the stress and anxiety of going through a returns process.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Dont deal with this chinese woman / company, no reply for a return request, tacking money under false pretences for what is no more than a dress made from cheap material and crap sizing too boot, with no customer services to deal with returns. No dress now for the sons wedding !!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just received a dress from this company. I wish I had looked at trustpilot first. I wanted this dress for my sons wedding. It was a mess, didn’t come anywhere near me, although i ordered the right size, it was flimsy and certainly not made from the material that was advertised. I won’t even give it to a charity shop, it is only fit for the bin. I am giving it one star because it arrived and was the right colour

Keep asking for return details ... fi ally get a response asking why I want to return the item. It was purchased for my disabled sister for a family wedding. Not only is she now out of pocket for £130 looks like i can't even return the item for her

I bought an outfit for a wedding. When it arrived the trousers were to long, the top was not as shown, it was very fitted and I couldn't wear it. I asked about the return and was told it would be too expensive and that they would give a 10% refund which I am still waiting for. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with I am sorry I didn't check the reviews before making the purchase. Wouldn't recommend.

I have never been so disappointed when I thought I could buy an outfit from Voitdress. The reviews for the design of outfit on their site were ok, despite only being 2 of them. I paid extra for an alteration and quick delivery. Excited to think I would actually get the outfit what the photo looked like. The outfit look cheap, swapping gems for sequins, randomly sewn on the neck. Despite paying for the bust area to be altered, the jacket that went with the outfit untouched. It looked like way too big and poor quality. I asked for my money back but as it had been altered there was no refund. I sent photos of the poor workmanship but that didn’t warrant a refund either. So £150 outfit, unwearable, unsuitable to pass on...and such disappointment. After many emails backward and forward. They said they could ask the company for a reduction of 10%, not guaranteed. I didn’t want others to be ripped off and left with the disappointment I felt by using this online company. I felt obliged to warn others as reviews on their site cannot be real.
