NEVER AGAIN VOOGLAM. Refusing to give me my refund

They got my prescription wrong even though the correct information was given. Once I received them I contacted them the same day to explain the issue and requested a refund as it’s within the time frame as stated in their refund and returns policy. VOOGLAM has done everything, but offer me my refund. No I do not want £10 back as I need to get another pair. This refund process has now been going on for 2 weeks and still cannot get a return address, but was told to pay an extra 70% to get the correct lens.. I will be I touch with Trading Standards regarding this.. Very disappointed. Will not be shopping with them again. Will stick to FIRMOO.

No customer support. The glasses looked nothing like they did on the website. They are also very uncomfortable and the vision is distorted. I’ve contacted customer services several times and they refuse to provide returns information to enable me to return the products. Vooglam more like pooglam.

Absolutely quality glasses, very well made and fit perfectly. Fantastic quality for the price. Very comfortable too! Glasses always tend to make the back of my right ear hurt with pressure but these don't seem to bother me

They are the nicest glasses I've had . Unusual a but funky and so well made I'm amazed . I am never buying from the opticians again . Theses glasses are sooo nice

It turned out to be pretty expensive and my glasses were broken so had to pay extra £15 to get them faster as the last pair has taken 21 working days! The pairs i got are great although one pair is not tight on my face. I have to send a pair back and i don't know how much they will cost to post on top of what i have i have already paid. Also the advertising is relentless on my algorithm now. It's on everything i go to now....they were supposed to be a quick cheap option...but they weren't

Great prices on Vooglam, reasonable shipping speed and product is good ….. just make sure you’re happy with the shape and size … it’s important to whether you’ll wear your specs. Fabulous range.

I have bought a number of pairs of glasses from Vooglam. I wear contact lenses but often enhance the look with a pair of non-prescription glasses. Excellent affordable quality frames and loads of choice and always prompt delivery. What’s not to like?

Was quoted £288 at specsavers and paid £88 for much nicer and trendier ones. The lenses are very good and sharp. Will definitely be ordering again.

New prescription so new glasses. 1 pair reading & 1 pair distance, both excellent. Good quality frames & lenses spot-on, couldn't ask for more. Delivery very quick, much sooner than my last order so all is perfect 😃
