The charging at Penhill worked well for a week then the last evening of our stay we needed a charge to start our journey home
The initial stage went through as normal then refused to go further after accepting card payment
After trying for some time in the dark
We contacted the helpline and spoke with Jonathan who suggested we try the app route to charge up
We had to go inside the property to get a decent WiFi signal and to power up the phone
Having done all the setup steps after a successful download we found the app wouldn't let me charge as password incorrect
So it was back to the helpline
Again Jonathan picked up the call
He managed a password reset and talked me through the various screens to get the charger up and working from the comfort of the letting rather than standing out in the dark
We we're so grateful to Jonathan that all worked well as we hadn't enough charge to get to a public fast charge
We'd got so reliant on home charging that the thought of public charging didn't come to mind especially when you've got a long journey the next morning
At least I got a good night's rest because of Jonathan's help

We recently had an EV charger installed by Voltshare for our holiday cottages, and we're thrilled with the service. We started carrying out electrical work on the Isle of Wight as a VoltShare authorised installer in 2022. The 7 and 22 kW VoltShare HH3 electric vehicle charging stations have been installed in a number of hotels, tourist destinations and holiday homes across the island, We have found the VoltShare team provide an excellent product and an efficient and professional service and would highly recommend becoming part of the VoltShare team, from Mason Murray at Green Mile Charging Co Ltd based on the Isle of Wight.

Voltshare have always provided me with high quality, qualified leads, the vast majority of which lead to a sale. Installer support is superb, and on a couple of occasions when there has been an issue, they have been available on the phone throughout troubleshooting until the problem is resolved. Invoices are paid on time, and communication is excellent. The newest model is superb and very easy to install. Their turnkey solution including the ability to collect payments out of the box is a unique selling point that is popular with customers. I have been working with Voltshare since late 2021, and I am very happy to work with them any time. I can recommend Voltshare as a manufacturer and a partner to any installer without reservation.

From order to install to customer use, this has been a first class experience. The most important factor for us was how easy it is for the guests to use, and that's a ten, there are no ongoing fees, and the additional bonus of professional signage is a real bonus. The service from the team at Voltshare and the recommended installer (best to use if you can as that helps with the grant application) was first class. No hesitation in recommending.

Highly recommended. I chose VoltShare for my holiday lettings business driven by the ability to easily charge guests for using the EV charger and also the ongoing support offered by the company. The installation process was very easy and the electrician recommended by VoltShare completed the work in a professional and tidy manner. Since installation we have had some issues with the EV charger sim card not being able to connect to the mobile network. Whilst this took several days to resolve, the technical support team at VoltShare were very responsive when called upon and kept me updated on the issue resolution. I can highly recommend this company based on quality of kit, easy of use, service and aftercare technical support.

Great system, hassle free charging for our customers and our company. We're a tourist destination on the Isle of Wight, and we currently have 2 charge points outside our restaurant. The system is really easy for customers to use and provides a much needed service with the increased volume of electric cars, as well as providing a great income stream for the business. The customer service is great and we are now in the process of adding an additional 8 charge points around the site!
