One of the most frustrating banking…

One of the most frustrating banking experiences I have had. Slow processes, endless bureaucracy, and customer support that rarely seems interested in solving problems efficiently. Even basic requests can take far too long, and communication between departments appears disorganized. In an era where digital banking should make life easier, this bank still feels stuck in the past. Very disappointing service for customers expecting professionalism and reliability.
