Very poor customer service. In fact zero customer service. I have written multiple times to cancel an order which they still sent to me then to request a return and they still haven’t had the courtesy to reply. Don’t bother.
The Volila fermentation jars were given to me as a Christmas present. On 27th December I followed the instructions but found that the glass on the jar cracked 2 days later.
I have been using a kilner glass jar and stones for over a year and never had a problem and am very used to producing Sauerkraut on a weekly basis.
I sent images to Volila of the cracked jar and images showing the address label from the packaging to Volila so there could trace the order. The weights are fine. I have since re-sent the emails on two further occasions and used their online contact form. All correspondence has been ignored by Volila.co.uk to date.
