Just scam - been charged almost 100 usd for hiden subscriptions

This is a scam

This is a scam. You purchase a $5 training, and a few days later you are charged $69. A subscription is activated without clear or explicit notice.

Contact their support and request a refund - they will refuse. After that, open a chargeback with your bank for this transaction and explain that you did not explicitly approve the charge. Attach screenshots showing that they refused to issue a refund.

Additionally, file a complaint with Stripe against this merchant. Search online for “Stripe complaints” or “Stripe report a merchant” and submit the complaint form using the same details (the merchant name can be found in the email related to the $5 charge). In most cases, the bank will return your money within about a month.

There is no point in lengthy communication with their support - it is ineffective. Focus on filing complaints and initiating a chargeback.

Deceptive Bait-and-Switch: Hidden fees and no refunds

This company lures you in with a big promo for just $4, but 3 days later they charge you $69 because you didn't notice the fine print stating that the purchase activates an automatic subscription! Worst of all, when you log into your account, there is no option to remove the card you used for payment. Contacting support resolves nothing; they refuse to refund the money.

They hide information that that will charge you $69 monthly when you sign up. Or its just in such little font that its unreadable. Refused to give me refund even tho I contacted them same day and never used their service. Useless customer service. Would never recommend

Unauthorized charges

I signed up for a $4.99 trial via Instagram ad.

Immediately after, my card was charged additional amounts ($35.90 and $25.90) that were not clearly disclosed at checkout.

When I contacted support right away, I was told refunds are not possible due to “policy”.

A few days later, another charge of $69 was made, despite my complaint, forcing me to block my card and contact my bank.

I believe the subscription terms were not transparent, and the billing practices are misleading.

I recommend others to be extremely careful

Fraud

Fraud, offered a course at 4,99, charged me 69,99 in two days without me ever logging in or confirming anything. Stay clear, don’t give them card details, need to cancel my bank card now.
