I loved working with Merida! She was an incredible guide throughout my ordering process, getting the proofs ready for me and ensuring my products were ready on time. Everything was perfect, absolutely no complaints and I hope I get to work with her again in the future!

I have ordered from various sites for keychains and sickers, but order from Vograce most often whether it’s for personal merch or to make anything I want to sell. Almost always, I reach out to Lindsay to make my orders because she’s so helpful and great at the job. Whenever she is my representative, the cutlines in the proofs are always just to my liking, the proofs are always accurate (even when I do a lot of designs at once), and the quality is almost always perfect in the end. Sometimes shipping will mess up some acrylic products with scratches or dents, which is to be expected, but the quality and customer service is overall the best for the price among all of the manufacturers I have used. I would highly recommend Vograce since they have certifications for fair and safe labor and do their best to be environmentally friendly without compromising the quality of the products.

My first package was great, loved the quality, second package got stolen so hopefully i’ll be able to see that soon, working with the team, Savi☺️

I've been ordering from vograce for the past year and their service is incredible. They're speedy, easy to work with, and Gia is always such a delight in helping through every part of the process.

Awful Washi tape quality.

I spent £200 on washi tapes with this company, when I received them they were awful quality. I quickly got in touch with them to give them a chance to rectify the issue and send replacements but they put all of the blame on me, telling me there were issues with the print files. I made the print files exactly to their specifications, and any issues should have been picked up on before they even printed the tapes out.

They won’t take any responsibility and so I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

This was my first time ordering from vograce so I was a little nervous and didn’t know my way around, but Yanni helped me out so much along the way and kept emailing me about the process and what can and can’t work, will definitely order from them again, hopefully with the help of Yanni as well!

I enjoy working with representitives like Winnie and Coco. I appreciate the clear communication with the art team, the high quality product, and speedy delivery. Would order again!

I don't know where all these positive reviews come from. I've had a very bad experience with this company. Firstly, everything was smooth - production and shipping was quick. But later the communication with customer support went badly - they ignored my requests and lied about production and shipping timelines. It took them more than a week to print out one small tattoo sticker. With another tattoo sticker I was told that I had to wait for 2 weeks! Their production office is in total mess. And they never warned me that it would take so long. I highly recommend avoiding this company if you don't want to waste your time and nerves

First time purchasing custom TCG cards from Vograce! And they did not disappoint at all. They had the right card size I wanted, with round corners and the print came out very nice. The quality was just as how I’d expected it. Reese is excellent at customer service. I will be buying more in the future!

Winnie is always willing to work with me and let me know when my designs need fixing before finalization! Even when i had an issue with how long my order was taking i let them know the deadline i needed my items by and was upgraded to expedited shipping with no problem.

Amazing experience! I needed items on a fast turnaround and they were more than willing to work with me to make that happen. Lindsay was super helpful and very responsive! I ordered keychains and stickers, and I’m super impressed on the quality of the product. Thank you!

they had alot of useful information on measurements and stuff which was amazing as i dont know anything on how to do this, as this was my first time ordering a customised item ! then they came so well wrapped and safe, i got a keychain and standee and both are absolutely gorgeous quality and perfectly printed !! ily vograce i will definitely use again ^^

AMAZING, if I could give more stars I would! I made a mistake with the coloring on the image I submitted and I sent them an email about possibly fixing it and they replied within the hour! They instantly fixed the keychain for me and it was great! It was people the entire process, no annoying bots, Lindsay was especially kind! Not to mention how cheap the keychain was!

My representative was very helpful! Winnie was fast, responsive and made sure to inform me of my options with my order. I had issues with uploading files, but Winnie checked in and made large file uploading easy. Thanks for all your help!

I had made a mistake with sizing my photos for photocards and I got an email asking if it was right, and the customer service was amazing 👏 it made my day, and the products are awesome aswell.
