Took a while to get through to the Vivup department - automated system kept hanging up on me (went on for several days) however once I actually spoke with a real person the problem was dealt with immediately! Asa was very helpful and professional.
Can’t refund unwanted gifts
I tried to arrange a refund of an unwanted gift card back to the original purchaser. Instead of handling this directly, the process required contacting the purchaser for approval, which removed the ability to resolve it discreetly and created unnecessary complications.
Customer service responses were inconsistent, with different agents providing different information, and the case ultimately escalated back to the purchaser anyway.
The process feels rigid for what should be a simple request to reverse a recent gift card purchase. I understand security requirements, but the experience made a straightforward situation more stressful than it needed to be, and Vivup inadvertently threw me under the bus with the missus.
Thanks Vivup, you guys should be called grass up!

Millie was very helpful in assisting and providing info about an order I had to cancel, and support more generally has been good overall
Poor item, but high standard of customer care
After my order was delivered there were some items missing. After a reorder the items were still missing. Millie from Vivup communicated with the supplier and myself in a professional manner. She was unable to resolve the issue with the supplier but kept me informed of the process and arranged the collection of the unit in a timely manner. She was friendly and understood how to manage the situation well. Her customer service skills were brilliant unlike the suppliers of the failed items.

Customer service AI was no help at all. I had numerous messages saying someone would be in contact within 24 hours this has not happened despite waiting a week for a reply. I rang vivup regarding my bike order for an update and after 2 minutes on the phone the order was sent to the bike shop to prep bike for me to collect.
Millie Saved The Day
Millie was polite and welcoming and resolved my issue within minutes. However trying to navigate the companys website in order to sort my problem out was a nightmare! AI was about as much help as a chocolate teapot. It kept providing a link which took me back to AI so I was just going round and round in circles and wasted a so much time. On finding a telephone number and Millie listened, responded and resolved the problem. She is the reason for the 5 stars! If the company continue to make it so akward to access a human being my next review will be a lot less stars. Well done Millie!!!.

The app hasn't been the easiest to navigate and having ordered a voucher on the Saturday which still hadn't arrived by email on the following Wednesday, I was concerned. I tried the live chat which to be honest was useless. I called Vivup and Millie was brilliant at resolving the issue and my voucher was sent straight away. Thanks Millie!

Thank heaven it becomes available again in our trust. Most of my gadgets since 2020 came from vivup and products I ordered were all so on point to what I needed. The ordering to delivery of my vivup orders has mostly a gilde in the park. Everything goes smoothly once orders are processed. Customer Support is as always very helpful too. Thank you so much.
