Super Speedy Assistance

Beyond Terrible

I have been asking for copies of our agreements with this company for 4 months. So far they have sent me agreements that expired years ago. The relationship manager does not even know what services he is 'managing' . One star is too generous.

Fantastic member of staff - well done!

Issue with access to outlook. Reece quickly established that a colleagues PC had been set up incorrectly. Sorted the original issue and another IT problem, both quickly and professionally. Great to know that we have the back-up & support of a technician like Reece Frendo.
