Lovely colours and finish. Quick delivery. I will be ordering again.

I wish I can give negative starts. Scam big time. Stay away!

After having made a small order as a present for my mum, on 16th June I still have not received my order. It is now the 30th of June 2022.

I emailed the company several times for a delivery update but they did not respond until I wrote I would write a negative review if I did not hear back from them.

When they eventually emailed back it was to clarify the address which was already a requirement to complete the order so this seemed strange?

There is no way to track the order status on their website and on the account you have to set up in order to purchase items.

They are based in the UK and the delivery address is a UK address so I don’t understand why the product never came.
I have received orders from abroad quicker.

I don’t think I will receive this order now as it is not a large order so the company are not concerned whether it is delivered.

Shame as I would’ve been a regular customer but customer service and the company are terrible and unresponsive and have no customer care.

Really really terrible service. Never again.

I feel quite sad about writing this review as the costumer service actually seems quite nice and helpful - or at least trying to be.
More than 3 months ago I ordered 40 pounds worth of nail polishes and paid 48 pounds in total including shipping (to Denmark). The money was paid via PayPal the 10th of July.
Due to brexit I gave it 3 weeks to arrive before contacting Vivien Kondor.
Then they said they couldn't see my payment. I send them documentation right away and they would send my order that day. I waited. Nothing. Weeks later they needed to resend my order. Weeks later again I Asked for a tracking number, which they couldn't give. They asked the courier (at least the said they did). I had to follow up myself after 2 weeks. At my request they issued a full refund weeks later again.
This refund is still not showing on paypal or my bank account, so I just wrote yet another email.
I know they try, but damn I never seen any company making so many errors with one costumer before, and therefore I needed to write this.

Really pleased with my Vivien Kondor gel nail products. I wanted to try and do my own nails myself, although I'm not very good at it and failed miserably with acrylics. This works really well, all the more so the better I get at applying it. The colour polish does seem to take a long time to cure, but I put the top coat on once it reaches slightly tacky, and this sets good and hard in about 10 minutes under the lamp. It's important to me that my beauty products are cruelty free, which is why I ordered this range in the first place and it didn't disappoint. Arrived quickly too and the postage is free or just £1 for first class - fabulous. I'm about to order some more colours.

Very fast delivery, came within days. Really lovely packaging and great colours! I have ordered from here a few times and I've been just as happy each time.

Started using the henna nail polish, loved the consistency, moved onto the Argan and then the gel polish

My gel polish lasts for months, i got my nails done with the Vivien Kondor Gel Polish this lasted through covid 6 weeks until i have to cut the nails down due to growth, really impressed it doesnt even chip

I never recieved my order yet to even give a review

Not sure that this is a legit company as it has been over 2 weeks since I ordered but am yet to receive anything. Furthermore, the submission to report a problem fails everytime and allthough they claim to have taken payment via PayPal, there doesn't seem to be a record of this on my account to report a problem.

Came missing the box that I selected the varnishes to go in, along with a missing varnish was suppose to be an eid gift. One nail varnish box is too damaged to even give as a gift. So disappointed

I have been using the gel polishes and I have to say, for the price, they are really good! Lovely colours and easy to apply, plus they last so much longer than usual polishes! I’m building up my colour collection now!

I have been having my nails done in nail bars for many years, I purchased Vivien Kondor Gel Nail Polish and was able to create the same finish in the comfort of my home. This product was very easy to apply, I also used the base coat and Top coat. I will definitely be purchasing more and can't wait to see what exciting new colours they will release for this summer

Been using the semi permanent gel polish for a few months now and I am so pleased with the products, keep looking for french manicure, is this available? Will definitely be re ordering. 👍

Great service, the nail polish came fast. But the colour isn't the same as the picture, I wasn't sure what to choose as it was hard to tell what colour it would be.

Bought both of the eye pallets, such good quality for the price with a wide range of colours, very pigmented. Definitely recommend!!
