Comfy shoes w/ Great Customer service
This is my second purchase with Vivia. I bought two pairs. The first pair, ballet flats fits perfectly. Chic and comfy. Sadly the second pair, sling back with heels, was loose on the sling. The good news Vivia allowed me to keep the second pair and gave me cash credit with extra 20% to buy another pair within one year.
