Pretty, well made and very comfortable! After seeing them on IG for a good while I finally decide to take the plunge. No regrets!
I did however take the suggestion to go up half a size due to bunions, longer 2nd toe and high arch. They feel a bit too loose. Next time I will order my true size. But there will definitely be a next time!

The shoes are amazing - both in style and comfort!

I needed to contact customer support as I'd gotten the wrong size on one pair of shoes and ordered the wrong colour on another. The support team were helpful, quick to respond and helped me with all of the items that I'd go!
The shoes themselves are really comfy so far, I didn't need to break them in and go with just everything.

I ordered a pair of ankle boots for a trip to NY and Europe with the hope that they would be comfortable. I was not disappointed! They are lightweight, which is a great benefit when packing in a suitcase. They are very stylish while also being the most comfortable boot I have worn. I walked daily in them in NY - and as luck would have it, they are also water resistant which came in handy when it rained one day. I look forward to purchasing more shoes from Vivia.
Shipping was fast which I appreciated because I ordered very close to the date I left on my trip. All in all, a 110% great experience with a wonderful product.

Love my new flats!! Fit is fantastic. I have a semi narrow foot and they fit great and the comfort is wonderful. I wear them with jeans and when I need to dress up I add the bows.

It’s my first time to order their shoes, the shoes look beautiful and nice quality, however, I ordered the wrong size. I emailed them to exchange, the team was absolutely efficient, and offer me a new set! I was really happy about their service and the quality of shoes! Definitely will buy more shoes from them :)

I have been seeing Vivia ads in my social media for months and finally decided to order a pair. I have bunions and find wearing flats almost impossible. The shoes fit wonderfully and look great. The Vivia size guide was very helpful. I will definitely order other pairs!

I am so happy I bot the V front ballet flats (in leopard). I both my typical size and also a half size up to be sure I achieved the right fit. I have bunions and typically cannot wear flats - I have to buy a larger size for comfort and then they don't stay on my feet! I measured based on your measuring guidelines and it turns out that my typical size 8.5 fits; likely because of the stretch fabric. Very pleased!

I took a chance and ordered a pair of flats. I really like them. They’re stylish, comfortable and eco friendly. I will say they’re a bit wider than I expected but I can make them work. And, look good at the same time!

Easy to use website, great size tips and quick shipping. I had to exchange mine because my type of shoe was looser with skinny feet and the customer service was phenomenal. They are overall a great shoe that is far cheaper than Rothy's for the same purpose of getting greener in the fashion industry.
