This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company. Security system works but their business is frankly, dishonest. I paid many thousands of dollars in advance and was told I was paid in full. Then they call and say I owe them over $3500. Many others have same experience. You also cannot call them about bills-eternal hold for hours and they do not respond to the receipt showing paid in full. Their monthly monitoring rate is also higher than most others

The company offered me a great monthly plan after I pay off the equipment didn't offer me the equipment price which was $2,000 when I called back to complain they offered $100 off The next day I called back to complain again and cancel and they came back with a price of $650.to me this company is a joke because why would they offer you the highest price to any sucker that would come on and pay it. Never want to deal with a company starting out that will rip me off

Good experience from Vivant
I purchased two products from VIVANT and they shipped without delay. When I met some problems with my devices, I contacted on their social media, Instagram and their staff replied me quickly and patiently. If you got no reply from the email, you can try to contact on their Instagram. Someone will help you deal with your problems.
Bad customer support
Made a purchase last week, they sent it pretty fast so that was cool, but I was charged twice, I emailed vivant to two different email addresses and their contact form on the website, but I had no answer from neither.
Seems like the company just wants to make money and has no regard for their costumers.
No Help
They don't help with there devices issues. Contacted for, nothing more than help w/Alternate vape, there answer was, ok we will warranty it, ok, I was stunned, I just needed help with an issue on firmware. And questions regarding there New devices Rift and Ambit!!! SINCE THEN, NO contact at all, tried several attempts over the weeks, with No response. If there was any problem they should have contacted me but, nothing. Been months now, device is not useable, so paperweight now, will never again trust Vivant or there devices again. I currently own a Mighty now

I had my smart drive of Vivants…
I had my smart drive of Vivants breakdown, not sure how long at least a couple of weeks, which they do say they"monitor" the equipment. The smart drive holds the recordings of my two cameras for a month so you can look back in case you need to. When i did notice that there was an issue i called Vivant to get a resolution they said would send a new one 5 to 7 business days, a week later is when it shipped. Fed Ex kept saying on the tracking that it was on a truck out for delivery for 5 days then it said it was delivered 5 days previous. I work from home no FedEx truck delivered. I called Vivant to remedy the situation, it took almost two weeks and at least six phone calls. I had two different "supervisors" e mail me so we could talk about this i emailed both to have them call me neither one ever called. This definitely some the worst customer support and service i have ever dealt with. I would have hiven a zero if it was available. When i did call to cancell ser ice i was told i would have pay for the full 5 years of monitoring to do so, absolutely assenine when they cannot hold up their end of the deal.
