I discovered Vitality pro products…
I discovered Vitality pro products several months ago, and have since added many of them to my daily routine. I now take luteolin and glynac daily. I also use the alternative vitamin b1 product, Benfotiamine, as a sleep aid. I added these products to my routine after testing them out. I have been pleasantly surprised by their quality and effectiveness. Very happy to have stumbled across this brand and wish I had found them sooner!

I went back to NMN and NR after trying NAD+. I think NMN works better for me. All products are top quality and the service and delivery was first rate as usual.

Your original parcel was held up at Italian customs, and despite our tracking updates, it unfortunately did not move for several days. To make this right, we immediately arranged for a replacement shipment via DHL Express at no extra cost, covered your customs payment in full once it was charged, and stayed in close contact until the new parcel was safely delivered.
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this delay. While customs checks are unfortunately outside our control, we take full responsibility for ensuring your order arrives as expected, and I’m glad we were able to resolve everything promptly in the end.
Thank you again for your understanding, Giovanni, and for allowing us the opportunity to put things right. It was a pleasure to help, and I’m really happy to know your order arrived safely.

I’d like to confirm what we discussed: your parcel went through several failed delivery attempts before being redirected to a pickup point far from your address. We recognise how frustrating this was and completely understand your disappointment with how difficult it was to contact them directly. Although SEUR was responsible for local delivery, we made the decision to use them, and we take full responsibility for your experience.
Throughout this process, we stayed in daily contact, worked directly with DPD and SEUR on your behalf, and offered to cover the cost of a taxi to collect the parcel or issue a full refund if this was preferred. Once your package was received, we processed a goodwill refund to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.
We’re truly sorry for how difficult this was and are already testing an alternative courier service (Correos) to improve our deliveries in Spain going forward.
Thank you again, Marta, for your patience and understanding. I’m very glad to know everything was ultimately received and resolved to your satisfaction.
