Really good quality supplements
So far I’m very happy with this supplement, although I’ve only been taking them for a month, but I’m sure I will continue to see the benefits. I had been searching for a vitamin D+K2 supplement for some time and found that there were so many options out there, that I just got confused. This company however, gave me all the information I needed and the large bottle sizes made them good value for money. Ordering was easy and the delivery was very fast. I would definitely recommend.

Even if the package looks good, when you by supplements they can be just as counterfeit as any street market perfume etc. Buy from these gus, for me, feels about as safe as you can get. No intermdery (at least you hope that what they are) just GMB accredited, third party tested, real stuff, direct. Service is good, products beautifully packaged and always arrive on time. And no l don’t have any business etc, with them in any way! 👍

Problems with German customs are now better
At first, I was very upset because German customs charged €65 in customs fees for my order from Vitality-Pro and stored my package of Prostaphane in warm rooms without refrigeration for three weeks.
This broke the cold chain.
However, Vitality-Pro was very accommodating and refunded me the €65.
Thank you very much for this accommodating behavior.

I’m very sorry this cost was applied. Following Brexit, customers in Germany were required to pay their own customs fees at the time of their order in June 2025. We have since changed our system, and all future customs charges for Germany will be covered by us. You will not have to pay anything going forward.
I’m also very sorry that your parcel was held by German customs for three weeks. It appears it was selected for a random customs check, which unfortunately caused the delay. I completely understand your concern about temperature conditions during this time. The verified stability data for Prostaphane shows it remains significantly unaffected for over a month at room temperature, meaning the quality and effectiveness of your supplement were not compromised. However, your confidence is the most important thing, so please let me know if you have any doubts at all.
We will be opening a distribution centre in Germany very soon to remove customs delays for almost all EU customers. Prostaphane will still need to be shipped from the UK due to its storage requirements, and a random customs check may still occur, but as mentioned, you will never pay customs fees again.
I’m very sorry for the inconvenience this caused, Ralf, and I appreciate you giving us the opportunity to clarify the situation. If there is anything further we can do to reassure you or improve your experience, please just let me know.

Ordered prostaphane and it arrived quickly, in a chilled package with clear instructions for use. Very impressed with the results so far. Very happy to have learnt about and use this product. I will be now adding it to my regular supplement intake.
