I would be very cautious buying clothes from Vita Grace. I bought a dress from their outlet sale in a size 10. It was the same dress and size I had bought my daughter, so I knew it would fit. When it came it was too small, smaller than my daughters. They do not return on sale items. I emailed Vita Grace customer service. They sent me the measurements for a size 10 that were bigger than the measurements of my dress, which i proved with photos. They have refused to deal with the issue and are now ignoring my emails. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. The clothes that are very expensive. Don’t trust the sizing or the customer service. Complete disappointment.

Cancelled my order within an hour of placing of which they confirmed as cancelled over 2 weeks and still waiting for my refund

Unbelievably bad company - I went through the whole hassle of sending back some clothing - DHL only and it was a nightmare for them to even locate the building. No information on how to return (or any returns note info) from Vita Grace with the order - and over a month later I still have no response and no refund

Criminals - avoid at all costs! They never delivered my clothing, refusing to refund and instead have issued me a gift card for less than the value of my order which they failed to deliver. They are breaching consumer rights laws in the UK and the UAE and ultimately this is theft. I haven’t heard back from them in weeks and I’m planning on reporting them to the police and regulators. I suggest everyone does the same to shut down this company for good

Ordered a dress, it’s was terrible fabric and didn’t fit how a size 8 should. Then to be told it couldn’t be return even though it was in the 5-7 days from delivery. Real scan company.

Avoid at all cost!!
I ordered £500 worth of dresses to be told I am unable to return them due to them being in the sale.
It only states this in small print on their website, now I’m stuck with all these dresses and unable to return.
The one dress I paid full price for I could send back however due to them only excepting FEDEX or DHL return it would cost me £125 to return back to Dubai and the dress cost £140!
Absolute scam of a company!! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!

I discovered today that to return an item purchased, you have to ship it to Dubai (no warehouse in EU). Not a serious ecommerce.

Ordered some shoes, that took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, they do not fit, they are a bad design and slip off, not wearable at all.

Went on to return them and the product is not returnable. How is that even legal. Would NEVER order from this company again.

How are they still trading and conning people?

Very bad company. If you buy item on sale- they don’t want to refund. Also takes ages to be delivered- for me it was 3 weeks. Quality of materials used- very poor!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Terrible company. After considerable delay, they claim they couldn’t canc my order, even though it had not been dispatched. When it arrived the items were poor quality and though they advised me by email to return them, when I went onto the return centre no items were eligible. Total con company. Avoid like the plague!!

Would never ever buy from this company again.

They refuse to accept returns on any items that have been discounted at all.

A total scam — I ordered a dress that took six weeks to arrive. When it arrived, I wasn’t 100% happy with it, so I returned it. I paid £70 to send it back, and they received it on the 14th of May, but I still haven’t received my refund. So disappointed — I would never order again!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! I wish I’d checked Trustpilot prior to ordering. Took over 2 weeks to arrive & postage was £15! Item fits terribly, it’s so badly cut. I don’t know how this company is still trading. I can’t return as it was a sale item. I only got a response from customer service when I commented on their Instagram. Obviously living the high life in Dubai on other peoples money…

If I could give no starts I would! I have been looking at the beautiful dresses for a while and had a couple of events so thought I would spoil myself and order a few to try on...I ordered three dresses - one on pre order so I knew they would be a while however this is my time line of events:
Ordered 1st March - pre order 25th March
order arrived 25 April - I asked to cancel and get a refund 3 times, either not answered or refused.
One dress was on sale - by £10 and was told it was not refundable! £110 dress!
I sent the other two back as fit a quality nothing like their site and it cost me nearly £40 to post to Dubai.
They received it on 5th May and I was not refunded until 19th June - refund amount £240!
I wish i had read all these reviews first!

I spent over £650 on a variety of items for a wedding. It took over a whole month for them arrive, no update from them and they ignored my emails chasing delivery - despite stating 5-7days delivery on their website.

I was away for 2 weeks and therefore missed their their 7 days return policy. They are refusing for me to send items back despite their delivery delay. Reviewing people views on here seems that wouldn't even be possible!

Clothes were delivered weeks after the promised date. Clothing did not have a good fit so I returned most of the items. It’s been more than a month and still haven’t received a refund. Emails remain unanswered and I had to report them to dubai consumer rights

Do not order from them!! You literally can't return anything without paying a fortune to do so. Total rip-off.

Avoid this company at all costs. They couldn’t care less about their customers.

Their returns policy is not only confusing, it’s deliberately misleading. While their website vaguely states you must use DHL or FedEx, when I asked how to send my return, I was sent a link telling me to use my preferred carrier. So that’s exactly what I did — I returned the item using Royal Mail Tracked. The parcel reached Dubai and was awaiting pickup, but the company refused to collect it from their local courier, claiming a fee was required. In reality, it simply needed to be picked up with a delivery card — no fee involved.

Getting in touch with them is nearly impossible, and when they do respond, the replies are dismissive, unhelpful, and full of blame-shifting.

Unfortunately, I didn’t check the reviews beforehand — I wish I had. It’s clear from others’ experiences that this isn’t a one-off. This company does everything it can to avoid issuing refunds, even when customers follow their vague and contradictory instructions.

They just want your money — and once they have it, you’re on your own. Absolutely disgraceful.

Worst experience ever. Quite shocking in today's world of online shopping. I've ordered an item plenty of time in advance of my travel, they have delayed the dispatch by 2 weeks resulting in item not reaching me on time. I have contacted them seeing the delay as still no email informing they have shipped. I explained I'll travel for 2 months so if the delayed is caused by them I'd like to cancel it (considering they still didn't dispatch it) they have refused saying its not as per policy.. and is it fair for the customer to get that treatment having item dispatched out of the number of days mentioned on the website ???!!!
