I placed an order on the 21 march and still did not receive any shipping confirmation. I tried contacting them 3 times via email, DM and wrote a comment under their instagram & tiktok posts and no one is replying!!!
This is scamer. Ordered something - card charged immediately and have had zero updates. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an update and everything has been ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
I honestly thought I had just lost my money—ordered on March 29th and nothing arrived until May 22nd! That said, the dress and the linen shirt and shorts set I ordered are absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures.
They definitely need to improve their delivery times and stick to the pre-order dates they promise. Email replies are also quite slow. However, I did accidentally order the wrong size, and when I emailed them, I received a helpful reply offering a refund within 12 hours, which was a pleasant surprise.
One thing to note: returns are to Dubai, so unless you're ready to deal with that hassle, you should be prepared to keep whatever you order.
Overall, I have mixed feelings. The clothes are gorgeous, but the uncertainty and long wait times make me hesitant to order again.
