Exceptionally poor experience. The plants I ordered last year were promised for delivery in May this year. The plants never arrived, and my emails are no longer being answered.

Terrible experience twice in a row
Terrible experience twice in a row. You pay for the plants and 2 weeks later they say that they do not have them and suggest to pick new ones or send the ones you wanted next year....
I ordered 4 plants, 2 weeks later got an email that 3 will be sent to me (after they were already sent out so I could not cancel the order) in the end I received 1 plant.
No information about the return of money or anything, had to contact and request myself.
Never buying there again, surely do not recommend to anyone, never had such experiences in any other plant shops.

They sent me a dead plant
They sent me a dead plant. 25 euros wasted. When I sent a photo and asked for replacement or some resolution there was a reply that their all plants are alive and I can order again and pay for a new one. That's not a good attitude for the customer who would buy more in a future :(
