Total scam

Total scam. They operate from China and are very misleading. Ordered jacket, was rubbish, being asked to return to Asia. Avoid!!!

I'd rather give this company zero…

I'd rather give this company zero stars.

Do not give them your business. They are a disgrace.

I ordered a coat too. It was awful and nothing like the photo or description.
They wanted ME to pay to return it to CHINA.

The coat cost £48.99. The cost of posting it to CHINA was going to be £27!

I have sent them emails letting them know how I feel.

Last email back offered me 30% refund.
Not good enough. Where are the Trading Standards Officers who are supposed to protect us.

Disgusted
Aberdeen.

Trying to chase my item

Trying to chase my item, emailed 4 days ago and nothing and mobile phone number to contact. Claims send items direct from UK but most of it comes from China.

Not based in the UK. Poor quality items.

Not based in the UK. I ordered a trench coat in size 16. It took 3 weeks to arrive. It looked nothing like the photos and was such poor quality and would have fitted a child. When I complained and asked to return it I was told to ship it to a wearhouse in Asia at my expense or have a 5% refund. I had to battle and after weeks was offered 25% which not ok but I was so fed up I took it and I'm still waiting for the refund. Please avoid this company at all costs. It's a SCAM!

Scam wrong product and refuse to give refund

The company is not uk based, it will take 2 weeks to arrive às it comes from china. The colour and design it will not match and gracewear London will try and bully you to accepts part of the refund to cover return shipping costs. Or keep the dress and have 15% of the refund. The dress is not wearable and when you try to click on what you order it will not show up after you receive the item.
