I find it difficult to use this product on curvatures of the face as the shape of the blade is not ideal for surfaces that aren't flat. I get nicks every time I use it. I got it so that I could do IPL at home. I also am disappointed to see that the blades have a plastic piece attached to them. Why not design something that will require only the metal part of the blade to be changed? And I don't get it that it has to be changed after every single use. I hope it will be enough to use what has been provided with the device because I certainly would prefer not to pollute any further. With all that said, the device charges fast and the battery lasts a long time.

My machine is fairly new. I went to use it today and it will no longer work. It won’t turn on and stay on. Seems like I paid a tremendous amount of money for absolutely nothing. I primarily wanted it for brown spots. I used it like they suggested. It didn’t even phase them think twice before you order this machine.

I’m 54 years old, it’s my first week, feeling huge difference in my skin so far, I’ll keep trying it.

I ordered rejuvenation cartridge for my old Viss machine (been using hair removal catridge all the while). Viss contacted me to make sure my machine model. They inform me that it’s incompatible and replacement cartridge for my old machine is no longer in production.
They offered a “return customer” price for me to purchase a new machine with catridge.
When new machine arrived, it came with power cable for USA but not usable for Singapore (I do not wish to use converter). They offered to send a new cable but I still have the cable from old machine. They confirmed it’s same voltage. I choose to use old ones instead. But they returned me $10 for the wrong power cable which I didn’t ask for.
Placed order on their website but all communication via emails. It’s a very pleasant experience

I had a good response from the support team, I was having problems with the lamp cartridge it was miss-firing so they sent me a new one. The new one works great, but after 3 minutes it started miss-firing again. I had set a timer so I could see how long it would work. Right at 3 minutes it stopped working again. I so wanted this to work. I think it is a great machine but I am not so sure about the rejuvenstion lamp cartridges.

First of all the machine didn't work. Now I am struggling to get a refund. It has been hard to get good answers from Viss. The company expects me to pay for the return shipping for their broken machine so they can hopefully refund me later. There is no good process for returns and it makes it really hard to trust that this is a legit company and that I will see any refund at all.

This company was so careful to be sure I received the correct product for my laser device. They asked for a picture of the bottom of the machine showing the model and S/N before sending my order. They sent the product very quickly once I sent the information. The machine is awesome! My daughter and I love it.

Beware of spending this much money on a product with this many defects and inconsistency! i had one acne cartridge that was cracked in transit and zapped me pretty good until i figured out it had a hairline crack which makes a big difference in IPL and two photo rejuvenation cartridges that were also defected. they sent me a Galvanizing wrinkle massager and the cream that goes with it for all the trouble and when I issued a return on the machine, they asked for that back, which I thought was pretty cheesy but i did keep the cream because I had used some and put my fingers in it already. They have refunded me and I really wanted this machine to work out to help save me some money with IPL at dermatology clinic but it's just too risky with every other cartridge being defected with a machine that is around $700. I just didn't feel comfortable going into the future with buying cartridges that may or may not work and they're quite expensive as well at about $120/each sooo. the people are nice but unfortunately the quality of the product is not. Just need to be honest!

I ordered the machine with two Photo rejuvenation cartridges and one acne cartridge.The acne cartridge had a crack in it a hairline crack from the time I took it out the box I thought it was a mechanism in it but it turned out to be a crack said I needed to be returned it was next one of the photo rejuvenation cartridges flashed once and just would not flash after that. So I sent that back and another one was sent in then the other one that was sent in had the same issue so there was three cartridges that were defective at that point not one but three I still have the emails I can post iit here if you like

Staff was very supportive and made sure I was ordering the correct product before confirmation of shipping. This was due to so many people ordering the wrong parts. Very forward thinking!

I bought a microcurrent massager around the eyes, wrinkles decreased, I used it together with hyaluronic gel. The effect is not immediately visible, after a couple of days. A very moisturizing effect. the firm also helped resolve a delivery problem that was the fault of the postal firm.
