I bought a pant and top set, supposedly a Silk blend. 100% polyester, wouldn’t dare stand near a candle, probably go up in flames. I did try to get a refund, what a joke! Parcel was returned after 2 1/2 months saying “unclaimed” “Rejected”. This company has NO intention of refunding your money. A total SCAM! Please keep your money. Wish I could give less that a 1 rating.

Horrible Company do not even think about purchasing anything from them. Ridiculous items sent, nothing like I ordered, would fit a barbie doll. They said I could return at $25 postage but 2 months after chasing them have received my item back as refused/unclaimed postage. Bloody annoying, nobody want to loose money, I hope bad karma comes their way.

Disappointed to say the least product is very cheap nothing like they have advertised at all it’s rubbish..
Buyers be aware do not buy anything form this company it’s a sham.
They should be shut down immediately never again to be able to rip off any other customers.

Purchased 2 products in August 2024. Very poor quality, sizing was incorrect. Send subsequent emails in relation to a full refund and got the obligatory emails offering 15% return and 60% vouchers only to be advised that it fell outside the 30 day return. I have since reported Visohome.co to Office of Fair Trading. This company are a complete sham. DO NOT DEAL with them. Should be shut down.

If I could give Zero Stars - that would be a better rating. Disgusting!!!!!

Do not purchase any products from this seller it is absolute rubbish and they make it very difficult to return any items and give a dodgy address for a warehouse in China that you try and return item to then find it’s back on your door step 3 mths later returning it to sender worst experience ever and the products are rubbish you’ll find better rags in the back streets of Bali for way less money

Purchased goods in June. Very poor quality, not as advertised. Returned July. Tracking showed products had arrived. AI produced email denied arrival. Goods arrived back from them today. This company are a complete sham. DO NOT DEAL with them. Should be shut down.

Taking this further to Fair trading such a disgraceful way to operate a business.

Do not buy from this company. The quality of the clothing is nothing like advertised - it is cheap Chinese rubbish. I paid the postal costs to return the items to China and after 2 months the parcel came back to me. Clearly the address in China does not exist!! I can't believe they get away with saying they are a Sydney company - I wouldn't have ordered anything if I knew they were in China. Lesson learned! I will not purchase clothing on-line ever again.

Please don’t do it. They make out they are in Sydney but they are in China. They won’t let you return goods. They magically multiply your order and when you tell them within 4 minutes they claim they shipped. They are a fraud and a disgrace. Save your money

Waited six weeks for purchase to arrive! Sizing of clothing was questionable? Requested a refund? I was informed by Customer Services Staff that a part refund would occur to settle the dispute? Refund never arrived? Shop elsewhere!!!

Received my order but I am extremely disappointed with the purchase.
Not only has the colour been misrepresented but the cross over feature on the top of the garment show it as being under the breasts but realistically it crosses over the chest making it ugly and ill fitting. What a waste of money.

The articles that were delivered were in no way the items that were advertised and displayed. Cotton blend ribbed sweater was delivered as 100% polyester piece of rubbish that had the ribbing and elbow patches as part of the very cheap and nasty pattern.
Numerous emails were of no help and a company that purports to be Sydney based is actually in china. Please read all the negative reviews and DO NOT order from them. We have been stung, don’t let it happen to you.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not deal with this company under any circumstances. The items that I received looked nothing like they did online. The quality is dreadful. You can't return anything. They take forever to reply to emails and offer you a fraction of the price of the original item for you NOT to return it. I'm left with shoes that don't fit and nasty cheap clothes I can't wear because I had absolutely no confidence that the items would ever be exchanged for the correct sizes. The website is only 6 months old. Their home address IS NOT in Sydney like they claim. I went to their claimed address on their website and it's a lie. These websites are popping up everywhere. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Quality and appearance of the garment I have received is an utter disgrace,nothing like that depicted in the advertised illustrations. I have offered to return for a full refund but they claim I got what I ordered

The products are not as described. They sell cheaply made clothing from China. They lie about the materials used and then make it extremely hard for you to send back. No luck with PayPal help either.

This company is a scam and should be banned from the instagram. The shirt shown on the model was a beautiful chiffon silk fabric with amazing colors. I received a cheap polyester blouse with bad finish. I can see the scammers laughing at my stupidity for being conned by paying $65 for this piece of crap. Its a lesson well learned and I would never ever buy from the unknown link again.

They advertised a genuine leather jacket. When it arrived is was the poorest quality vinyl and not the same style as advertised. Their sizing chart is not accurate. I ordered XL and it would only fit a child with ridiculously long arms. They want me to return it to China at enormous expense to me. This jacket is the worst piece of rubbish I've ever seen. Don't deal with this company. Totally dishonest.

Scammed my poor mother out of $300! Jumpers aren't even worth $1 each!!! Stay away at all costs!

ordered 2 ribbed jumpers..items finally turned up... not ribbed material..trashy print on 100% polyester...
looks nothing like the pictures... the flash site looks professional... how wrong I was.... total and utter scammers... DO NOT buy anything from them... won't give refunds... ACCC need to take action against these fraudsters
