Scam company, goods never turned up, no refund received.

This company are scammers. I spent over $400 on Christmas gifts and they never turned up. Asked for refund and they said. They have sent the refund and speak to my bank. I have sent a request to my bank and they said it’s a scam. I should get my money back and my bank is investigating it.

The t-shirt I ordered arrived quickly but that is the only good thing I can say. The print was completely skewed making it unwearable. I emailed the company with a photo and asked for a replacement to which they said they'd organise right away and that's the last I heard from them, a month ago. Do not buy, terrible quality and terrible customer service

The picture of what I ordered and what I actually got were like night and day. The fabric is cheap and the edges and accents were not even there! I got a response regarding getting a refund, but I had to ship the item back before they would consider giving me a refund! It is was going to cost me over $200 to return a $35 item that is probably worth $5. Don’t waste your money or your time!

I ordered a hat for my dog. It is now 25 days from date of order and still no hat. Very disappointed. If I could cancel my order I would. Would not recommend this company

Firstly the product quality is so bad, not as advertised & overpriced. Secondly delivery is slow & without notifications .
Thirdly no communications with the company ie. the website phone number never connects, email frm company happens only when bank threatens action.
Hopefully potential customers will read this & following negative reviews before loosing money ordering thru this company.

TERRIBLE FAKE PRODUCTS!!! They sent me the biggest knock off Nike shoes. The Swoosh was backwards, they spray painted the colors! Absolutely junk! Contacted immediately for exchange. If I shipped back to China, I get a refund. Shipped to their address on the website in CA and they refused it. Junk! Don’t waste your time and money!!!!!

This site is a scam. I bought a $200 pair of shoes that were a knock off. Do not buy from this company if you value a real product. They were built so bad they were different sizes, swoosh was misplaced, soles were wrong and made of fake plastics...so bad I could brake an ankle. Laces were generic, color pattern were wrong and misplaced. There is so many errors in this knock off scam its just obvious these are nothing like the real product. I purchased the OG neon Air Max 95, one of the most iconic shoes of all time...im embarrassed someone might see them, they would laugh at me.

What a joke! I'm writing to the better Business bureau. Never order from this company, because it really isn't a legit company. Most likely selling my email address as we speak.

SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - I ordered 2 hoodies and a T-shirt. It has been over a month - no shipment. I made a BBB claim and also filed a fraud claim with my back. I sent an email to melodystuff.com - they replied and once again stated in an email that it was on the way. They just string you along!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Melodycomfy.com is a total scam!!!!! I lost 90 USD, goods were never shipped. Their emails do not work, and I still receive emails from them without “unsubscribe” option. Before they went by different name – novacosy.com

Pictures were not what you get

. Quality is so bad. I could have done a better job sewing these clothes and I can’t sew! Tried to return but the return email address they give you does not exist!We have contacted the company on two different email accounts but still await reply i went online and i found meloddy customer helpline and i got my $$ this back Do not purchase anything from this company!

Cheap and poor quality, they will not let you return the horrible product. I ordered a couple rugs they are like towels.

Made a return, paid for the $35 shipping to China (even though the original shipping was out of the US) and never got my refund

Just received 2 of the 3 pieces I ordered and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. The cute Santa face quilted on a nice sweatshirt turned out to be a bad picture of that Santa face on a piece of crap shirt I hate to even feel the fabric as I was taking it out of the package. The other sweatshirt was the same piece of crap.
Neither even resembles the pics on their website.
So disappointed, and this was after waiting 1 month to get my order.
Now to try to return and get a refund, looks like that is a joke after reading other reviews.

This company is a disgrace and can’t get money back. Some items never came and were paid for. The ones I received were total pieces of crap and said I have to ship back to China!! Products are cheap and defective. Not as pictured.

Don't purchase anything from this company, They will take your money you will not receive your purchase and there's nothing you can do about it.

Their products are not as they are pictured. They are made of cheap material, and the company cares 0% about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend burning your money instead of purchasing from this company; you will be happier with the product! My family was sick for a month with covid, and they will not extend their customer service to allow my return of a product within 30 days. I had to wait two months for the product to arrive and was extremely dissatisfied with the poor quality. This company is 0% willing to work with me (the customer) to make this right!
